Really bad service. The seats were dirty. It’s not even really Korean BBQ. The pillars were written with Chinese words. Took forever to get seated while there were many empty seats and took forever for the server to come. They gave us rotten lettuce and meat and didn’t even apologize for it. The lettuce was also too tiny to wrap anything. All the meats were frozen. The beef tough were completely stuck to the plate because it was frozen with the plate. The squid was also unfresh that many parts turned brown. The stove wasn’t hot enough and they didn’t change the grill plates at all so it got all burned and black. They don’t cut the meat for you or cook for you at all. They didn’t give us oil to cook either. They didn’t give us plates to eat with so we had to even ask for it.
It’s all you can eat but you can only order three at a time and it took so long to get the stuff so overall you can’t eat much at all.

This place is so good. I love the cilantro ramen spicy with shrimp. This place has two menus, the sushi and the bbq. You cannot sit with your family if you are only eating off of the sushi menu and they are eating off of the bbq menu. I am having to change my review because as I was paying we found out that my children, who are both under 10 years old, were charged as full adults because they were over 45 inches tall. It used to not be like that two months ago. There was a child price of $15.00, now we were charged $30.00 each. They did not eat that much food. That’s ridiculous! We will not be coming back!

This place is horrible! It took forever to get seated. Once seated with the menus, it took even longer for someone to come to explain that all persons seated at the table would be charged as if they are eating KBBQ even if they are eating off the sushi menu, in addition to their meals. The table we were seated at was dirty and oily. The entire restaurant was smoky, even though it wasn’t full. I ended up leaving without eating; a complete waste of my time. Overall, it was a bad experience and will likely not be going back since I hardly go to sit-down restaurants without my kids.

Really fun experience! You have the choice to order different varieties of meats, fish, and veggies to grill at your table It is, of course, very unique experience, but really fun with a large group of people!
Some marinated meats I would recommend asking them for 1/2 portions, because too much meat was brought at one time!
It was fairly expensive, but for what you are getting and for the experience, it is worth it!
Restaurant clean, tables nice and big, and the food and drink very good! Servers were not rushing us to eat and go I would recommend for anyone.

We had an incredible dining experience at Khan, and Kai was the star of the show! He made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Not only did he grill our meat to perfection—every cut was cooked exactly how we wanted—but he was also super attentive when it came to refills.
Our table never ran out of meat or soda! Kai kept everything flowing smoothly and made sure we always had what we needed without even having to ask. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the whole experience so much better.
If you’re planning to visit, definitely hope you get Kai. His service truly stands out, and we’ll definitely be back for more!

We had a great experience. Lots of yummy food, great portion sizes. Our server was so nice and constantly seeing if we needed anything else. Right when our meal was over. One of guys/owner from kitchen came and noticed our grill was burned. We had already finished. He shouted at the girl at the table that she should always change the grill. She had changed it for us about 4 times. He then kept yelling at her in the kitchen. Literally yelling. I complained to the other girls and tried to talk to him. He did come over an apologized, bit I let him know that his server was doing great and he really shouldnt treat her like that. Definitely will be coming back and trying this place again. Food is delicious

We were happy to know we could order from there other restaurant that had ramen and many other vegetarian friendly options. Food tasted great! Would go again. Our waitress Heesook was extremely friendly, attentive, and very informative. Downside was that we tried calling ahead of time to get information over 15 times different times of the day!!! And no one answered! We got to the restaurant and tried calling to see if their lines worked and the phone rang just fine…….

The first day, service was very slow and not up to the usual standard, but we figured they might have been short-staffed, so we were understanding.
We returned the next day, only to be told there was a two-hour wait. Not because the restaurant was full, but because they were short-staffed and one waitress only wanted to manage the tables they already had. We were also told there was only one cook on shift as if they’re cooking the meals for you?
It’s really hard to support a local business when this is the kind of experience you’re left with. We noticed the owners weren’t there, which they usually are every time we’ve stopped by, which may explain some of the poor decisions being made in their absence.

We went here for the first time. It was me and 2 of my co workers the restaurant was clean walking in. We waited 15 minutes for someone to greet us and to sit us down. We sit down and the waitress came and asked for our drinks when she came back she took our order and then left. The waitress came back and turned our grill. It took forever for the food to cook. The food was amazing and was well worth it. We ate our food and just waited sitting down like 45 minutes we were ready to pay and no one would come back to our table. My co worker walked around and looked for a our waitress and he could not find her. We asked another girl if she can cash us out because we were in a hurry and she did she was like were is your waitress??? After we pay about 1 hr after we saw our original waitress she was like oh hi? What happened? All stoned !!! She smelled like marijuana and cheap perfume. I told her was it 4:20 pm or what? She just laughed ha ha. We did not tip her and we told her she just left and never said nothing. Next time the waitresses goes on break or what ever let us know please and don’t come back smelling like marijuana and cheap perfume with clear eyes all on your eyes and cheeks.
