Restaurant was very cold inside. People were friendly and nice. Tried Twister wrap. Did not care for the sauce. Would prefer ranch or mayo. Fries were crispy and would have been great if they hadn’t been fried in the same oil as the cod sandwich.

Place order on web site, prepaid. Park in pick-up area, go inside. There it is all prepped nicely, sitting there, just out of my reach. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Nice girl cleaning assembly station eventually says “hello, just a minute and someone will be with you” Thank you. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Another young lady comes from the back somewhere and says “hello, just one minute, someone will be with you.” Thank you. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Its now been exactly 10 minutes since I walked up to the counter. The drive thru window person comes around the corner and says “oh hi there! just one minute someone will be with you.” I said “yes, that is what everyone keeps telling me” then out of no-where 2 different people appear, rush to the counter and ask me what I want. “If you could just hand me that order right there…..” Is it me or has fast food simply hit rock bottom?

Didn’t realize they didn’t put my order of chicken tenders in my bag till I got home 20min later. Went back for the chicken cause my kids were excited for it. 20 min back to KFC. Got fresh tenders. 20 min home. Go get Safeway chicken or better yet the bakers corner gas station has better chicken at a better price and they don’t forget your chicken.

1- All tables were available yet none of them were clean. 2- ordered a burger with extra pickles, and got only pickles. Had to ask for the lettuce, tomato, and onion that should have came on it. The burger was inedible. It had an odd flavor that just wasn’t right. The bun was also falling apart. 3- The bowl had about a tablespoon of corn, and about a tablespoon of cheese, and about 1/4 cup of potatoes. The macaroni and cheese was just about the same color as potatoes. $30 for garbage food thrown together.

Went there a they said they didn’t have enough chicken to accommodate for a small group of 5 ppl. There was two cars in drive thru and 1 doordash order inside other then that no one there. Was around 5 o clock dinner time. How can you be out of chicken or not have enough when that’s all you have an are known for. The staff all were very rude about it as well. Sighed at us. An slammed the cooker doors shut. They also were out of there main sides too. Mac a cheese and coleslaw. They have gone such down hill. None of the workers looked very happy. Very disappointed with how much the cost nowadays.

If they’re going to overcharge me for mediocre chicken, they’d better at least get my order right, or at the very least, give me something vaguely resembling my order. I want my money back.

I was so happy they brought back chicken tossed in BBQ. The fist time they were out of extra crispy so they used original and forgot my potatoes and sauce. I waited a couple of months and tried again. I paid extra for the BBQ. They straight up put extra crispy chicken and BBQ sauce packets in my bag!!! The manager was standing right next to him. I’m done. There’s a reason why there’s never anyone here. Oh and half my chicken was old and soggy!

I ordered the Taste of KFC. 6 pieces of crispy chicken, 4 sides, 4 biscuits. I opted for 2 mashed potatoes and 2 coleslaw. The sides are individual sized. The biscuits were way under baked to the point they were still white on top and raw tasting inside. The chicken tasted like it was fried in very old oil.
We don’t go to KFC often. So I expected to have better food than we received since it was the only time I choose to go to KFC in a year.
I’ve been to many KFC restaurants in many different states and this one has to be the worst quality out of all of them.
I should’ve went to one of the Mart stores around here that serves fried chicken from Affiliated fried chicken brands.
Very disappointed with this KFC.

Their food is normally tasting fantastic but my husband got some for us last night and the food was over seasoned over salted not just the fries the chicken too and my husband burger was all way over seasoned please dial it back a bit on the seasoning

It’s a nice combo to have a KFC and an A&W together; if you don’t feel like chicken, there is an alternative. The A&W cheese curds are always good. Today I had the KFC macaroni and cheese bowl combo with the regular popcorn chicken, drink and fries for $8.99…..a fair price. There was a generous helping of chicken bites over the macaroni, making getting to the macaroni a bit of a treasure hunt. Once getting to the golden goodness, it was a bit dry….combined with the popcorn chicken nubs, I’m glad it came with a soda. I think it would be better with a side of gravy to poor over the top or dunk into. All in all, it was a fair price for some tasty food.
