It’s probably been about 30 plus years since I’ve eaten in a Kentucky fried Chicken I must say chicken was really good. I got off of work yesterday and didn’t really want to cook anything and the great thing about it is that I live around a lot of different restaurants but for some reason KFC stuck out to me so I went to go get, and by the way that pull up box is a great deal phenomenal deal. I had to pull up box and I ate everything in that box everything was fresh the nuggets were delicious that chicken was crispy I love crispy chicken The french fries you can never go wrong with french fries those biscuits were so buttery and so soft oh my God and the dipping sauce went perfect with everything I love that KFC sauce really good so kudos to KFC. Staff was friendly the service was quick the food was hot and good and I was a happy camper

I order food from this restaurant often I recently had a good review for this restaurant, but just had a recent visit with Alfonso the manager and he refused to give me my refund even though some one on the phone told me to come get a refund when I got here the manager was very unprofessional did not ask to look at my receipt or the pictures that I have proof of the incorrect order…
My gravy was Missing out of my order and I want it all dark meat and they gave me thighs and wings. Only my hot wings were old so my overall service was really awful even coming back. Alfonso didn’t even offer me a replacement he saw that my name was in the book Virginia I called the store twice the first time I mention the Gravey because I didn’t open up my bucket to see that my chicken was also wrong.

Very nasty the service is nasty. The food is cold the macaroni and cheese look like it was from yesterday. We got these apple pie poppers cold and they say oh they supposed to come cold. It’s nasty. I will never come back to this Kentucky Fried chicken anymore and I’m gonna bash them every chance I get.

Lobby is always closed. They understaffed this place on purpose. I waited 20 minutes for a 12-piece meal because they said they had a bunch of deliveries. I thought they forgot about me so I went through the line again and the woman was really rude. White lady with glasses specifically. Other staff was nice

I went to KFC#E720484 in Kent, Washington 10414 SE 260th Street on Friday 4/29/22 not long after they opened at 10:36am and ordered 3 piece Meal Original White meat and this is what the 2 breast look like, the photo on the left is a side view, I ordered take out and when I arrived home to eat I noticed that both breast had been cut most of the meat I guess to make strips for someone else’s order or to make a chicken sandwich for a different order so I called and spoke to Assistant manager Lucus G. He pretended like he didn’t know what I was talking about, I told him I would bring it back to the store so that he could see with his own eyes, when I arrived he wanted me to instead speak with Chris the manager, Chris said that the chicken was the way it should be, after around 10 minutes of discussing this awful looking chicken with half of the meat cut away I decided to contact KFC Corporate Office to complain and let them know my terrible experience with this location, This is not the first time I have got all the way home with my order from this same location just to be disappointed and upset about the service I received from KFC! Very Disappointed!

Disgustingly burnt dried out chicken. I cannot believe they would even consider serving this to any customer. Extremely high priced because they are usually magnificent. But KFC has never ever been this awful. So disappointed.

I had an incredible experience here and I definitely have to speak on it. Ive been trying to figure out how to review KFC on their surveys and sites but apparently they don’t have it anymore.
I had quite a large order for a going-away party and a few things went left during a busy time. I actually went back to the KFC and was met with incredible staff. Big thank you to Taylor who helped me throughout any interaction I had visiting in-doors with KFC!
One big thing I wanted to point out was how stressful that time was where there is constant movement in the drive-thru, walk-ins, etc. No matter how chaotic it was, everyone was very in tune with each other and also very nice to me! I don’t remember the names of everyone but management please recognize Taylor’s great work ethic and the 3 others that day (I remember a younger black male, younger black female with color in her hair and a white male with a tie dye shirt).
One other thing I wanted to mention was this place is always so clean!! I really appreciate that!
