I’ve never once done a google review but going to this KFC has made me never want to go back again I’ve gone to this kfc for years but when I went this last time the was staff being extremely rude when telling me it’s a 30 minute wait for 4 chicken tenders and all talking poorly about the establishment and the customers behind the counter and saying how there all gonna quit and to be honest I don’t really trust a place with my food when I hear all the employees saying there gonna quit behind the counter not to mention all the food was old and soggy aside from the drinks they were good definitely did not eat the food tho.

I dont think I ever a complaint when it comes to KFC! I love everything on the menu. The chicken sandwich is hands down the best! Huge piece of chicken and it taste delish!

Ordered a sandwich online. I walked in and was acknowledged. I was the only one in the restaurant. Waited about 10 minutes and finally checked the app for my order status (should’ve checked earlier but I figured they would call it when the order was ready) and it was ready. Went to the counter and was ignored for about 4 minutes before someone gave me my sandwich with a side of attitude. The sandwich was soggy, drenched in mayo (and I like mayo), the bun was stale. Overall fail. I’ll skip this location next time.

It was edible but average at best. Food was hot but the chicken tasted like it had been warmed up after sitting for awhile. It was ready really fast and even though the line was long, the customers were served very quickly. Kind of disappointing because I had not had KFC for a few years and was hoping for something better.

Straight up, lied to my face and said that they “didn’t have mikes hot honey” when I know that they did and they were just too lazy to sauce up my sandwich they’ve tried to pull this on me a few times and it’s quite rude. It literally offers the option on the menu. Workers have no work ethic.

KFC has been pretty good for a long time. Recently in Bend, Or. They had a very big slump. So big we almost didn’t go back. When you’re on a budget, you don’t just write reasonable priced places off. Surprise! Something happened, and attitude changed this place. You can see it in their smiles. Food is better, employees are happier, and the place is cleaner. Hasta beat McDonald’s any day of the week.
