Went thru the drive thru tonight (Wednesday). Order KFC and burgers. The 3 piece chicken was extra crispy (ordered regular) and TINY for $12 meal. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which was cold and hard as a rock. Got apple pies, awful flavor. The burger was good, fries, biscuits mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy were all great! Ran inside when we forgot to order extra biscuits, inside was super clean, and service was good! In the drive thru, we were asked to park up front while they prepare our order, thinking it would all be fresh. Not so much. But What happened to the Colonel?

Staff is rude AND Homophobic. Do not recommend this location. Issue was reported to management and nothing was done. Friends were refused service and called gay slurs. Disgusting behavior.

The mashed potatoes tasted like an ashtray and the chicken was so dry that it seems as if it had been sitting out all day. Serving size is small even for a small figured person as myself. I still can’t get the taste of those nasty mashed potatoes out of my mouth. This kfc ruined my whole perception of kfcs in general.

I love most KFCs, their chicken is normally “finger lickin’ good” as they claim in the commercials. While that may be true, if the food is served cold it really isn’t appetizing when you expected it to be hot.
