The food was great and juicy, however it was 40$ got 2 chicken sandwiches, gravy, and fries. I’d say it was worth about 20 MAX. Overall, I would recommend.

chicken in famous bowl was straight hard, not even able to chew. they repeated my order and still got it wrong. but i only realized once i got home. i ordered 3 #1s 2 with mash 1 with mac, extra side of mac. i never got the extra side or the meal with mac. very disappointed considering how long they took to take my order and still messed it up after repeating?

Paid $20+ for my 5 piece tenders thats supposed to come with 2 sides. I ordered mash potatoes gravy and fries with it. I even asked her if this was everything at the window and she said yes. I finally get home to open it and im missing the fries. Like come on i paid THAT much for my food with 2 sides and drink and planned on sharing this meal with my Husband. This is not the first time they did this. Please double check and open your boxes and bags before you pull away. I keep giving them the Benefit of the doubt and im always disappointed. I dont think i will be going here anymore and letting my fam and friends know to not bother wasting their time and especially money here. Rubbish place

fast food.. counter service person was excellent, answered my question, and didn’t get upset with the million questions. I’m not able to drink and thing with sugar and all the drinks they offer is high sugar so she just made me a cup of water without me asking – appreciate the thought.. food was quick and cooked . it wasn’t cold. prices are comfortable..

KFC is one of our go to place, for a quick meal when we are running for an errands for the day, despite couple of bad experiences we had, we are still coming back, last night i was in Hilo town and I was late coming home and obviously have no time to prepare food, but my stopped to this KFC is another regret for me, never fail I said… we either served with wrong order, missing some order or overcharged with order, twas upsetting.. the fact that you won’t know what you got if that is the right food until you got home, its disappointing, more so if you are hungry that ruined your appetite, our previous experiences it only keeps filing up in various ocassions, this time my order was simple 12 pcs. Chicken Wings but I ended up coming home with 10pcs. nothing on it but spicy which i didnt ordered spicy, to be honest 2pcs Wings missing it isn’t really the big issue, the issue is that pay more attention to what these people are doing we all know that prices are climbing sky high in anywhere you turn around specially in ordering food therefore they have to satisfy customers for the money that they’re paying for, I understand we make mistakes but please prevent it from occasional occurences one mistakes is enough because regardless we as consumers had no choice paying for the price, therefore we deserved to get the right food for what we paid for, so to make this short story, as I was as disappointed and hungry shortly when I got home I tried calling KFC someone answered and hung up, I then dialed back and the phone stayed busy. What a customer service. . I think this is my last draw for me, this time im feed up with people that aren’t committed for quality service, shouldn’t be working there if they can’t function right, I wouldn’t recommend KFC never anymore, poor service, missmanage.
