We got three tacos. Two were chicken and one was pork. The two chicken tacos tasted fair and the pork one onee looked like fried pork skin. It was as if it sat under the heat lamp for three days . Please take some pride in what you do. That was nasty. If that was all you had I would rather be told it was out. All of the pork looked like the pieces in the photo and were completely hard.

I haven’t been back since my last review. Today I decided to try again. Well the owner is still very rude and doesn’t like to be asked how something is prepared. I asked him if the Carna Asada was a thick piece and if they grilled it (I was in the mood for steak T-Bone at that for 18.99 sign me up). Very rudely he said yes that it was a restaurant after all. When I received the meal it was grey looking and didn’t appear it had been kissed by a grill ,and whatever cooked it cooked it dry as well done steak often gets . Did I mention I ordered it medium rare and told him I would rather it be less than more. When he finally came over to the table he asked if something was wrong with the steak I told him I didn’t think it was on a grill and it was way over cooked. He told me he would go in the back and take a picture of it and even get the model number. I asked him what the cost would be for the vegetables and charro beans and it was a mystery until my credit card was ran. I loved the charro beans and mixed vegetables!!!! I ordered a 16oz of beans to go for “6.99” their beans are really good and I have a feeling the price was to cover the overcooked steak lol

I didn’t like the salsa. Thats one of the main things i like to enjoy at a mex restaurant but their salsa did nothing for me. The guac wasn’t good either. Papusa ok. Pretty bland really. Brisket enchiladas were ok. Tough to chew and tasted more like pot roast to me. Sweet tea was nasty. Had that fermented/old taste. The fried plantains were good. Queso was good and i added a side of ground beef with it and that was good. I ended up taking the brisket out of the shell and put the rest of my ground beef in and i liked that better. Overall i would recommend and hope you find something you like. I probably won’t return though.

First time here and the manager was very friendly and helpful. The chimichanga rivals Chuy’s! I’m not even fond of steak but my hubby convinced me to try it and….it was…. DELICIOUS!!! We will be back.

I fricking love the black beans!!! They’re amazing, along with everything else I’ve had from here. Also a huge fan of the cheese Pupusas. Totally worth a try if you’re curious.

First time here and the pupusas were not made right. They were suppose to be pork and cheese but there was barely anything in the masa. Mostly masa no meat would not recommend for all the Salvadorans 🙂

They don’t know how to make pupusas here. They sent me 3 tortillas and charged me like $17 for this order. Don’t order pupusas from here they used to make them pretty good but I guess the person that made them before left or was not there tonight. Masa was way too tick and no cheese at all I pulled them all apart and not ever a single thing of cheeses

My first visit here and I must say it was surprisingly good! I had the crispy tacos and my wife had the cheese enchiladas and they were both good and not greasy! The chips and salsa was good, but salsa is very mild which is fine for my liking! We had 2 sodas with it and out the door for $23. The staff were nice and efficient! I will definitely be going back!! 2 up!
