My husband and I popped in here for a quick drink. We are not from the area. The bartender was super friendly efficient and talkative. We felt at home. There is an old phone booth that is near the restrooms that doesn’t work but it’s a cute focal piece. Stop in for a drink and a snack. You won’t be sorry.

I had a good time there, it does have room for improvements like the food it was alright just tasted decent. It wasn’t real packed there was only one waitress in the whole restaurant it seems.

I ordered a Fajitachanga for the first time today and it was absolutely delicious! I customized it by having double guac instead of sour cream and double rice instead of beans. The chips and salsa was also fantastic and Kat served me well with a smile. Thank you for serving excellence!

Arrived for at dinner at 6pm. We were greeted immediately. Staff was super friendly and attentive. We were served chips, salsa and beans dip to start. All of our food was really good. Rice was seasoned really well. Steak fajitas were amazing!!!! Definitely recommend and will be our new favorite place to eat.

Best enchiladas in the area. Quiet during the day a great atmosphere at night. Excellent margaritas. The manager, Jose, couldn’t be more accommodating. An absolute MUST TRY if in the area
Excellent happy hour too! The drinks are strong!

I genuinely wanted to like this place, but the food was shockingly bad. The queso tasted old and straight from a can, and the salsa had bizarre, off-putting flavors. The rice and beans were gross, and the flautas had a strange, lingering aftertaste—honestly, every single item tasted wrong. The enchiladas were downright disgusting; it was the first time in my life I bought a plate of enchiladas and threw it straight in the trash. Even the tiramisu had freezer burn. The horchata? Completely pathetic. And on top of all that, the prices are WAY too high for food made with such cheap, low-quality ingredients.

I didn’t like the salsa. Thats one of the main things i like to enjoy at a mex restaurant but their salsa did nothing for me. The guac wasn’t good either. Papusa ok. Pretty bland really. Brisket enchiladas were ok. Tough to chew and tasted more like pot roast to me. Sweet tea was nasty. Had that fermented/old taste. The fried plantains were good. Queso was good and i added a side of ground beef with it and that was good. I ended up taking the brisket out of the shell and put the rest of my ground beef in and i liked that better. Overall i would recommend and hope you find something you like. I probably won’t return though.

How is this place not packed all the time? The food is OUTSTANDING!!! I have liked everything I’ve eaten here. Gotta try the street tacos! You like it spicy, put that green avocado sauce on it….fire!!! Very reasonably priced! I will hate it if I walk in and I have to wait like other restaurants, but it would very well deserved! If you are in the area and you like Mexican or Salvadoran ….THIS is the place to go! Should be on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives!

I hadn’t been here in at least 10 years and decided to try it again, food is super delicious. I really loved the salsa, it has a great level of spice. Quesadillas great too, flavorful and stuffed with chicken. The dishes are fairly expensive BUT the portions are also quite large so I think it’s fair! Excited to come back again.

They probably deserve five stars for everything but I’m feeling a little lazy. The food is okay but it’s Texas and it’s Texas. You have to go out of your way to find that tex mex. In whatever you do if it says authentic Mexican food runaway.
