Ok, so about a week ago my hubby ordered thro doordash. Ordered: Two sandwiches both were wrong, he ate them anyway as was too late to do anythings about it. After a couple bites of 2nd he realized it was Not cooked all the way. the deal was a free 2-piece, got 4, but after biting into one realized they were slimy inside so i didnt eat any of it, the mac was yellow water with noodles. Hubby was throwing up all night and still sick the next day. I did call and told manager, she apologized and offered a free cake. She mentioned refund through doordash app.. We tried to get a refund ..told doordash what happened they said there wasn’t enough reason to get refund and the proceeded to kick us off doordash completely please check the food!!!!

First impressions are usually a good indicator of the class of place your in. Bathroom’s were FILTHY FILTHY. NO SOAP nor Sanitizer! Should have left right then.
Mediocre service- little girl w nose piercing was putout with our presence. Manager and young dark haired girl were very accommodating though
Chicken was dry biscuits like starch.
Sure gives KFC a bad name. Unfortunately most of the old KFC locations are getting to be like this! Sad sad.

Ordered 4 drums/sticks with extra crispy recipe. Came to pick up and they said they don’t have what I ordered – no dark meat, and only original recipe. They were nice enough and offered alternatives, and the place is clean, but it is a bummer. 3.5 stars

I love the nice lady Alisa hope that is how u spell it she was very nice to my family and was very patient and helpful and when my mom asked for buffalo she said they didn’t have any so she poured a lot in a little tub as u see in the picture and my mom loved that she put a lot cause she loves buffalo and the fact that she went out of her way is just amazing!!

Be nice if there were people there who could adapt to the menu. Everything was”I don’t have a button for that” . I detest thighs, wanted to replace with breasts, and this was the bs I got. Even to pay more, nope. This is crap customer service. They could t answer any questions or make adjustments. Never again. I’ll drive to Reno before I buy here again.

The chicken little is… Well, small. But not for the price. The crew here is quick, always busy working for you. Certainly doesn’t feel like a fast food place, except for the fast service.
