I went into this KFC location and a young woman named Jayden helped me out, and she honestly did a really good job. She was super nice, quick, and made sure everything was right with my order. It stood out because you don’t always get service like that, especially when it’s busy. She made the whole visit smooth and easy.

You can’t place an order with a person, you have to use the kiosk. I didn’t know why there’s an order station with a cash register if nobody is going to help you. They have a thing there that if you leave a review, your can spin a wheel for a free item. I made a better review, spun the wheel. It landed on pot pie. The guy move it after it stopped and it was now on a free beverage. Lame. That’s when I came back and edited my review.

This past Friday night I went through drive through and my son ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. We paid and were told to wait 5min out front, after 20 minutes I went inside and they hadn’t even began making the sandwich so I had to wait. Once I brought it to my son in the car, it wasn’t a spicy chicken sandwich as stated on our receipt so we brought it in and the guy at the counter (I took a video) told us they no longer make spicy chicken sandwiches, at this it took over 30 minutes since we first placed the order so we got a refund and we’re late to our event.

I give A 2 at the window they asked me to pull ahead and it will be 15 mins. They did give me my food in 15 mins. I live in Newman. I bought almost 80 dollars worth of food. When I got home my sides from one of the meals was wrong. I requested potato wedges. Got mashed. I ordered wings because they are what me and my husband wanted. This is what we got. Dried over cooked and I know they were cooked in dirty oil. They really looked like they had been fried more then once. Big disappointment especially because I have had no issues before with them besides on other visits they say 15 mins and I’m there for like 45 mins.
