I never goto KFC anymore but they brought back their spicy chicken wings a while ago and they are priced higher then their initial run but they still a great item.
With their discount code on their app they come out to a dollar a Wing which is the norm just about. Would get again but just this.

I have to do 1star no choice had to buy a turkey dinner at kfc no time to cook but wanted to say the turkey dinner I bought was very nasty I picked mine up on Thursday morning came home I cut the turkey and the inside of the turkey was still bloody in the inside it was raw. When I pulled the legs off the blood was still flowing out itswas so nasty I had to stick it back in the oven but my family and I only ate the white meat. My mom and my husband got sick with upset stomach I will never buy turkey dinner at kfc again next time I will make time to cook the turkey my self

First time visit after relocating to San Jose….. great customer service over the phone when placing our order ahead over the fon & great customer service within the facility upon arrival…seems like the place has been remodeled & was clean and quiet. my cashier was Yvanag: young lady was very kind and friendly. Such conduct always has a Major Impact on whether I return to place or not & we ❤our KFC… thanks for a great visit!

This is finger lickin dry… I bet if Colonel Harland David Sanders try your chicken he will spit it out. Ya’ll ruined my 3rd time eating kfc. It’s so dry that it is sucking all the moisture out of my kitchen. It’s like i’m biting into a chicken that is refrigerated 5 times and was baked.

The appearance, texture, and temperature of the food were fine; however, both me and my dinner mate noticed that the extra crispy chicken completely lacked spices. We know how it should taste having consumed it for more than four decades, as it were. Perhaps the preparers omitted the spice packate that day?

We often get KFC at this location. Wasn’t pleased with my visit this evening after waiting for 20 mins when I was told it would take 6. I was the only in-person guest at that time, besides a few that were just leaving. When I mentioned that I’ve waited a while, the employee sarcastically said “Oh really?” and walked away. She was unkind whenever she’d confront me. They were all confused and didn’t even start my order. Apparently the chicken “just finished” and they prepared it pretty quickly. No apology either. Be aware! This location never honors special promotions, they always try to sell you higher menu deals. I have gone several occasions to buy the $20 bucket deal after seeing it online and tv, they always try to say that those deals are not bayarea base but they have the $24.99 w. Cake deal… I have seen people eventually buy it because they don’t want to argue w. Them or go to other locations….. I have gone to other locations and never have an issue, I have complain to other locations and apparently I’m not the only one, the employees have stated that that location is always trying to up sale higher promotions and they never seem to keep managers or employees employ for long. I have also call corporate and have complain. Please don’t fall for their lies. Maybe extra $5 + taxes is no problem for you but I have seen people who can’t and have to leave the store because these greedy employees are trying to meet a quota.

Just left with fill up box. I was greeted by Gabriel M (cashier) and another female cashier. Both made me feel at home and both provided the best customer service i have personally had in a while when it comes to fast food. Gabriel demonstrates excellent customer service and helped me navigate thru the menu to the item I wanted which was he fill up box. The other young cashier she also displayed awesome customer service with a smile. My food was hot, I felt at home and thank you to the staff who helped me. Thank you!!!
