Chicken Is decent. Service is slow. The owner appears to be saving money by only hiring 1 person to take your order, take your money, then fill your order. This should be the work of 2 people. Imagine the delay if you’re first in line to order and 5 or more people are waiting behind you. Instead of filling your order first, the person takes everybody’s order before getting to yours. I’ve waited 15 minutes for an order that should have taken less than 5. Never again!!!!

Pleasant staff, but they were out of several things, and we had to wait 20 minutes for them to make biscuits. That’s a staple that should always be available!! And they got my order wrong. I ordered a meal with 8 shrimp and fries, but I got 4 shrimp and 2 fish. Altogether we were in the restaurant for about 35 minutes. Very disorganized, but ultimately the food waa good.

Had a really bad experience. The young lady that checked me out was very kind. But first, I asked for flavored tenders, and got regular chicken, second they didn’t want to give me the kind of chicken I wanted. Third, my mashed potatoes were soup, and they didn’t give me one of the sides that came with my meal. Extremely disappointed and I top of that, they didn’t give me a receipt. Never going to this establishment again

Slow but friendly service. More meal options because this space is shared with Long John Silvers. Just wish they would stop requesting a name when I order. I understand they are trying to “personalize” the transaction, but I prefer anonymity when buying fast food. And it gets worse when they misspell or butcher the pronunciation.

No more grilled chicken, employees seem to have no training with one person doing everything. Food served hot and good. Previous experience with great mgmt. and service because the mgr. is a working partner and now retired. Current employees are not motivated to do their jobs right. Instead, they are working. Oh well, I shouldn’t be surprised. America is changing.

Well I got 160 yes 160 chicken pot pies too feed low income seniors. They were all very happy that day and so was I and the 7 other friends that helped serve all the seniors . We had about 130 or so that attended.We did a handful of delivery’s. We made a mixed salad and ice tea.Thats what the Holidays are about.And I Thank KFC for having everything on time, and helping make it happen!!!

It was the end of the night. Just wanted to get some quick dinner. Even though they were running out of chicken, Natalie accomodated. She was also very polite and understanding. Even the people in front of me in line were telling her how awsome she is. If she isnt the manager, she should be. Couldnt ask for better service.

They have Fish and Shrimp with Fries and Coleslaw. Nice change from just Chicken. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. You do have to wait a little because they do not leave stuff sitting around too long. Worth the wait.

The last 4 times I have been into this location have all been disappointing. Two times were eat in and two were take out. The first eat in experience they didn’t have what either of us wanted but they did substitute and made things right, but this was after our order was taken and paid for. The second time, the food was okay but a “busboy” cleaned some tables with a rag, threw it in the trash bin, then recovered it and wiped a couple of more tables. The first take out experience I was given the wrong side order. I discovered this when I got home, about 15 miles from the store. It was mashed potatoes which they had tried to push on me and I didn’t want. The second time they got the order right but they gave no “spork” or napkins etc. Have you ever tried to eat cole slaw or mac and cheese with your fingers? This used to be a favorite spot for me to eat, but lately it seems they spend more time checking texts etc. than they do with making things right for the customer.

Gravy was watered down, mash potatoes tasted like sink.. everyone working didn’t care sitting around on the floor.. one of them looked high as hell.. And just as soon as we step up to the counter, A customer complained the order was incorrect.
