The level of crap and issue I run into time and time again from this establishment is getting to a point of absurdity. The workers are rude and dismissive and will look for any opportunity to tell someone no or not be helpful. I’ve paid multiple times using my foodstamps card at the window and now was made to come in to pay for something on a portable device for the foodstamp pay, in short they could easily do the payment at the window but were creating an opportunity to possibly be able to tell a person no when they flat out had no reason too. It’s not the first, second or third issue I’ve had with this place it’s multiple and I usually don’t give this kind of harsh criticism as I hope it can be seen in my other reviews but this place is the type to leave a bad taste in your mouth and it’s not just because of the food.

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC location on November 8, 2025, at approximately 9:20 PM, 40 minutes from closing.
When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I asked the employee (a man) if they had Honey BBQ chicken available. He said yes, so I began to place my order. Midway through, he suddenly interrupted me and said they were actually out of Honey BBQ. The sudden change was strange, especially since I had just been told it was available.
When I politely asked for his name for reference, the situation became uncomfortable. The line went silent for several seconds, and then a woman’s voice came on the intercom saying, “We can’t give out personal information. Is there anything else you’d like to order?”
For clarity, I never asked for anyone’s personal information like a first and last name or address—just a simple first name for reference, which is completely normal for customers, especially since employees wear name tags when serving guests inside.
The way the situation was handled felt unprofessional and evasive. I wasn’t being rude or confrontational, just trying to understand why the item suddenly became unavailable and to document who I spoke with in case I needed to follow up.
It’s frustrating to encounter this level of defensiveness over a simple question, especially as a loyal customer. I hope management reviews this incident and provides proper training on customer service, communication, and professionalism at the drive-thru. I’m also going to file a complaint to corporate, and hope changes will come to this location.

Man, I ordered the 5-piece chicken tender combo, and I swear KFC must’ve cooked this meal during the Great Depression, ’cause everything on that plate was struggling. The chicken was so dry I needed a permission slip to swallow it. The fries were colder than my ex’s heart. The mac and cheese? Drier than my elbows after a weekend in the desert. And the Pepsi… that Pepsi was so flat it needed CPR.
Do yourself a favor, walk to Sprouts, grab a rotisserie chicken, and pretend this never happened. Don’t go in there.

Ordered food and paid $46 and forgot to check the order. Wanted the mash potatoes and gravy to be separate. So I got the mash potatoes with no gravy went back to ask for it and did not give it to me. Check your order every time you go to this place! Worst kfc around Riverside!

Most recent visit…zero rating. Ordered 2 piece deal..The so called new taste of KFC. They need to stick with the old taste. Not only tastes awful, it is so small and cooked differently, overcooked, dry, and looks awful. Was told it would be a thirty minute wait. That turned into 50 minutes. After seeing the two pieces, I asked for a new order. After waiting over half an hour, i was given the two pieces pictured here. The manager was rude, and didnt want to provide a better cooked meal, even after many waiting customers told her the chicken looked terrible. I did not eat the chicken because I felt they may have done something *fowl* to it because I complained. Waste of time and money. On a previous visit I ordered one classic chicken sandwich. I was billed three separate transactions on my card. Charges still not reversed. The chicken sandwich is my favorite item. Also, they keep a sign on the counter saying to use the kiosks which are difficult to actually get to work. They don’t work for EBT orders. And KFC illegally charges tax when EBT is used in the drive thru so you have to tell them to not tax the order. Some workers do not know how to do that. Also, they have put drive thru orders as dine in and applied tax. Check your receipt. Not going back to that store.

If I could give a negative, I would. I have lived next to this store for over thirty years, and have visited four times. Of the four times I have visited, only three times did I actually get food. The fourth time I went was right at five o’clock, and they didn’t have any chicken. I asked the guy what they we’re intending on selling at the store because it wasn’t chicken, and he really didn’t have an answer for me. So I walked out. But this last time really made the decision for me to not only call corporate but leave a review. As I ordered one of those seven dollar meal deals online. I pulled up through the drive through, I got my food and asked if the other biscuit that I had ordered was in the box, because I didn’t see it in the bag. The girl behind the window, proceeded to tell me, and I quote “you can look if you want”. And slammed the window shut. I then got her attention. Then she opened the window and said “WHAT NOW,,,,, SIR!” I told her that the dessert tart was not in the bag. She proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t going to get one, because they don’t have them. I asked her if she was going to supply me with some sort of alternative item as it’s part of the $7 meal deal. She said no, and shut the window on my face. I then honked my horn and she opened the window and said “WHAT!!! I asked her for a couple of packets of honey, so she grabbed them and then threw them into my car. I asked her to talk to the manager, and she said that he does not have time for people like me, unless I want to come inside and wait. Now I called corporate, but I don’t actually think anything is going to be done. Looking at the reviews for this restaurant it seems they need an entire crew change out. From the manager on down needs to be fired.

I went to buy chicken and asked for breast, paying extra, and when I got home, they didn’t give it to me. 2. The dirty floors the trash full of garbage and I can’t imagine what the kitchen is like if they keep it like this where customers eat. 3. I didn’t like the chicken; all the breading had fallen off, so it looked like I was just going to eat boiled chicken. 3. They didn’t give me any sauce, nothing at all. I will definitely not buy from this restaurant again.

Excellent customer service. The staff is so polite. The food was nasty. Hopefully, this doesn’t go against the staff. The 5 stars are for the staff, not the food. My son ordered chicken tenders and trash it. I bought a $7 box. The only thing that was good was the biscuit and honey.
