This place should not be in business. No receipt, window server was rushed and not personal, had to ask again and again to place my order and again at the window. The biscuit was crumbled deyond recognition(crumbs). I’ll never go back…bad choice

The staff here is always so rude. They’re constantly forgetting to put items in the bag it’s almost like it’s on purpose I don’t even know why I keep coming here I get robbed almost every time and they know no one is going to come back after they already drove all the way home. I’m really disappointed in the service I just received. This place used to be one of my favorite spots but now it is ran by a bunch of incompetent teenagers. The teens decided to chat about each others sisters and used inappropriate language in front of my 7 year old brother instead of providing decent service.

Horrible service. Had placed a pickup order at 6:00, arrived at 6:10 and still didn’t have my order ready. They told me to go inside as it was not a “drive thru pickup order” . Once inside, a front counter employee tells me they’ll have my order out. After I wait another 10 minutes, the same girl who told me to go inside to pickup my order tells me that my order was cancelled due to running out of drumsticks and thighs. Mind you my order only had the chicken bites. Waited till the next day, did not receive a refund or cancelled order and now I’m on the phone with corporate trying to get my refund. Complete waste of time and money. Do not come here unless you want headaches. KFC do better.

I ordered 2 crunchy chicken tacos supremes from the Boulder Ave KFC/Taco Bell in Highland. Drove 10 miles to get home, put my jammies on. opened my tacos and they were BEEF! Haven’t eaten beef in 25 years. Put my clothes back on and drove 10 miles back to KFC/Taco Bell. Asked a front counter team member to speak to a manager and the lady replied “im the shift” (not sure what that meant).I explained my order was incorrect and her reply was ” where’s your receipt?” I replied I didn’t get one. Her response was because I didn’t have a receipt she could only give me what was in my bag and next time if I want a receipt to ask for one. I asked for her name and she said “Regina” I ask for a last name and she replied “I don’t have to tell you that” I then ask when will a manager who could make decisions be available and Regina replied “in 30 minutes she’s on break” Approx 30 minutes later an employee walks in on her cell phone goes behind the counter still on her cell phone. I asked another employee if that was the manager and sure enough it was. I explained to Victoria the manager my situation. She did correct my order but told me if I wanted my money back she could only give me what was in my original bag. Yes I became upset. All this behind 2 tacos. The gas going to and from, time spent waiting on the manager and trying to my order correct. Whatever happened to customer service? No apologies, not at this KFC/Taco Bell.This happened to me at another Taco Bell.. The manager was very apologic, not only did she comp. my order, she refunded my money and gave me a courtesy drink. Take note Victoria. Bottom line ask for a receipt and check your food

Do not come here! I placed an online order pulled up to the drive thru some rude lady told me I had to go inside and get my order. When I went inside some guy told me they were working on my order so I waited 15 minutes later the same girl that told me to go inside for my order called me up and let me know that she canceled my order becase they didn’t have leg and thighs, mind you my order only came with the chicken bites. Location is very unprofessional and dirty. Save your time and go to Wendy’s across the street y’all!

Got here at 9:45 they close at 11pm and stated that they weren’t doing taco bell orders and when I said that was fine he went on to say he was out of chicken and could only do sides since thats all he had no nuggets ,not tenders ,and no chicken . That is completely absurd just because you want to close early and not make more food is beyond me and completely disrespectful when I mentioned that they do not close till 11 pm .

Last time there were 0 pickles, this time I asked for extra pickles on both of my sandwiches. Confirmed it twice. One pickle on each. This review comes after a bad experience for the 100th time. I show up at 1:15pm to order two Chicken Breasts and a Large Cole Slaw in the drive thru. After a slow wait, I get there and the lady says “Sorry sir, we only have Chicken Wings”……I replied, “This is crazy. You are KFC; you make Chicken”! ….. This has happened several times at this very incompetent EHR location. Calling Corporate to complain.
