On January 23rd I went to KFC in Hesperia to get my mom and I food, I ordered from the KFC app a was told it was ready for pick up by the time I got there.
I went up and talked to the employee at the counter giving my name to check the status of my order, I was told I had to give it a couple minutes.
I sat at a very dirty table waiting for my food since none of the tables were clean in that restaurant. Eventually 20 minutes later I was told my food was ready for pick up the employee threw my food and drink on the counter and walked off; I wanted sauce and kept trying to get his attention. Finally, 5 minutes later someone was clocking in and gave me sauce.
When I made it home I opened my food to get everything ready and the “Cheese curd Poutine” bowl I got was abysmal: The fries were soggy, There was a thimble of gravy, only 2 cheese curds and 2 chicken nuggets. I decided to drink my drink and there was no “Starry” flavor whatsoever in it so I opened the cup to look and there were “floaties” in side my drink as well
I called KFC direct I spoke to numerous people who told me I would be getting a refund and contact in a couple of days. To play it safe I contacted capital one to dispute the charge. Not only did I never get the refund I was never contacted. The rest of the food was dry and disgusting it was like if you order online, you will get leftover food.
What happened to the Satisfaction Guarantee Also don’t call the local store they wont answer

OSVALDO!!SHAME ON YOU!!! My food was horrible smashed and not what i ordered!!! When i contacted the store about my issue Osbaldo the “store manager “ suggested I call customer service and adress my issue, he did no offer any apology and suggested I check my order next time.. seriously? You got to be kidding me!! , the fries were cold and hard the chicken was striped and smashed into 1 bucket!!! Wow I’m so hurt that this gentleman treated me with disrespect!!! I will never come here again!!! Osvaldo!! Ps please get a new job if you can’t do your job!!!! This town is small and we don’t want you here!!! My kids did not eat the food!! You should be ashamed to call yourself a manager!!!!

Kinda mixed opinion the chicken sandwich wasn’t bad but look how plain it was good thing I asked for sauce because dammm they hardly put any mayo, . . The chicken nuggets where bad not just my orders but my wives aswell out of the 6 pieces I had 4 of them didn’t taste right and felt rubbery or something ending spitting one out if I ever come again probably just the sandwich by itself and order more condiments

I come here regularly and on today’s date the food tastes fine , the lemonade that we bought a jug for for 5 bucks is very bland , we didn’t receive any honey butter forks or knives and the customer service center is pretty dismal even if you’re busy you could still take pride in finishing things properly. Show YOU specifically have some integrity or honor.

Ordered the three piece, all white meat, extra crispy meal box with two sides and a medium drink.
The chicken was two “huge” breasts and a meaty wing. This meal had mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw (my specific choices) as well as a biscuit. Dr. Pepper was my drink choice.
The picture is the meal (coleslaw is under the mashed). I have slightly larger than average man sized hands. The single piece of chicken breast FILLED my hand, both pieces individually. I was amazed at the portion size!!! The chicken was perfectly prepared; tender and juicy inside, and crispy outside.
THE BEST KFC MEAL I EVER PURCHASED!!!
The entire meal came in at just under $15 and was quite the value.
Drive thru service was efficient and personable.
