Unfortunately, I have to give 1 star. I just went through the drive-thru and had a very poor experience. The young man taking my order was rude and repeatedly interrupted me while I was ordering.
As soon as we drove off, we could smell burnt oil. When we arrived home, our order was incomplete, and the food was soggy, old, and overall disgusting.
I called the restaurant to report the issue, and the female employee who answered had a very bad attitude. When I asked who I was speaking with, she hung up on me.
This behavior is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. If employees are unhappy in their roles, it should not be taken out on customers.

this place has really bad customer service. Ordered here and they messed up on my order and I was missing several items as well. Soon as I walk in there’s literally no greeting or nothing whatsoever. The workers don’t really acknowledge you at all. It’s like they don’t like their job.. to be honest what was even the point of raising the fast food pay rate? I don’t really understand as to why it got raised to $20 and they’re still messing up orders and not even being welcoming at all towards the customers.
They were all really young at least in their early twenties and they were just goofing off and not taking their jobs seriously. It was an all male crew. And not really sure but when I walked in I noticed that one of em was talking to one his coworkers in the ear all giggly. I don’t know it just seemed very zesty to me lol it really looked like they were having a moment. Alas that’s none of my business. First time stopping here through the drive-thru. We were rushed to order and asked for “fruit punch” and got a slushy drink. Ordered fries and got mashed potatoes. The meal came with a biscuit but weren’t told the biscuits would be ready in 12 minutes. The drive-thru employee was rude and the manager was not any better. When I went in to get my order corrected, the other employee walked away when I asked for my receipt. When I asked for the manager, she just walked up to the counter with an attitude and no apology for the error. There is a reason why this location is kiosk, drive-thru or order online only. The service is terrible. My nachos were nothing but crumbs! Another customer said they are always treat people the way I was treated and just don’t care.

Ordered 14 pc chicken and 2 biscuits. Im surprises the chicken came with 14 pc. They forgot the biscuits. I didnt order any sides because I HAD A STRONG FEELING IT WOULD BE DELIVERED INCOMPLETE. I always read bad reviews about thos place but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Hope they make it right by giving a full refund and not expecting doordash to always fix their mistakes. SHAME on the delivery guy as well than they wonder why people dont like leaving tips Smh HAPPY NEW YEAR.

They didn’t give me a receipt but came around 9:30 on a Monday night, a girl took my order, a guy gave it to me.

Food quality is horrible. Make sure you guys check your order because they literally forget or change items without asking. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich that was super dry had no pickles. They were missing straws. They gave me mashed potatoes and gravy hardly any gravy instead of fries on top of it. I got a famous bowl and it was filled with mashed potatoes, no gravy and very little chicken it look so old and the very little to no corn, and very little to no gravy, I will not be going to this KFC again the food quality is disgusting. The kids that work there are so distracted and aren’t even paying attention to what they’re sending out or the food quality. It’s horrible I don’t live close to them but if I did, I would’ve drove him back and got my money back.!

This KFC franchise is just the absolute worst never in my life of my experience such horrible customer service. I literally got to the window and was asked. What do I want? How dare you speak to someone in that way? I do not recommend this restaurant I wouldn’t go there if I can give it -500 stars I would. Absolute disgrace and the food is disgusting just like the workers attitudes.

Went last night around 9pm and saw a bunch of workers hanging in the parking lot don’t go to this location if you don’t want your order to get messed up I asked for a number 5 which is the nacho bell grande combo I asked for my nachos to come with no sour cream and tomatoes and what do they do add sour cream and tomatoes !

Today around 9/29 5:30 PM there was a huge altercation with me and one of the staff members he was wearing a gray sweater higher management should check the cameras because he was yelling at me and cussing at me and trying to get physical with me over some sauce!! very unprofessional do not come here ,he should be fired!
