If I can give it 0 stars I would. I don’t know how this business stays open honestly. They should just close it down and allow someone else to provide for the community here better service. They always seem to forget something in the order. Never fails. Then when it comes to correcting it it takes a while. There’s been times they sent me to wait in the parking lot because it’s going to “take a while” then after 15 minutes I go inside and my bag is there sitting on their counter getting cold. Also if you don’t speak Spanish like I do. Forget about it. They will for sure forget something or not understand you completely. It’s just terrible overall. As I’m writing this someone in the drive thru is complaining for their managers. I hate and never really leave bad reviews but it’s been so many times. It’s consistently bad. Please either be serious about business or just shut is down.

I hadn’t had KFC in such a long time, maybe a couple of years or so. I was pleasantly surprised. I asked for a fresh drop because I don’t like the chicken that’s been cooked and sitting on those ovens. The first attendant didn’t quite understand what I meant, but the other one who seemed to be a manager or shift leader told me it would take just 12 minutes. Told him I was not in a rush and thank them. They were both very kind and gave me one each of their new sauces for me to try, and to boot even added an extra piece to the bucket. They even gave me a bunch of hot sauces which is what I wanted but didn’t want to ask so as to not be too demanding, but it was like she read my mind! Service was impeccable, extremely friendly, fast, the general appearance and ambiance of the restaurant and dinning area looked very clean and organized. Now to the food. I was glad that it did not taste as salty as I remembered it. Although I somehow felt it lacked a little bit of that signature KFC original recipe oomph to it, but that was counterbalanced by the fact that the chicken was piping hot and extremely juicy. I mean no matter what people say to me, nobody does bone-in chicken, fries and coleslaw better than KFC. Also don’t sleep on their buffalo ranch sauce! Highly recommend!

I’ve been to this location twice so far. On both occasions, I’ve ordered a 3 piece original recipe with all white meat. Twice already, I’ve received backs instead of breast meat and was charged extra for it. These servers don’t know the difference from a breast piece of chicken, from a back piece of chicken! Unbelievable!

Due To Communication Barrier My Order Is Wrong I Was Over Charged And Wasn’t Given Any Condiments For My Tenders Though I Ordered A Gravy Tenders Feast Not Only That But My Fries Were Cold I’m Very Upset I Don’t Even Want The Strips Without Any Sauce That Was The Whole Purpose Of Ordering The Gravy Tender Feast So I Can Try The New Sauces

After I Was Given The Total I Questioned The Price But The Cashier Insisted He Had The Order Right And That I Wasn’t Being Overcharged

I Knew He Didn’t Understand Me Because I Had A Hard Time Understanding Him ENGLISH Is The Primary Language Spoken So I Advise Your Establishment Not To Have Someone Taking Orders If They Can’t Affectively Communicate With Customers

I was disappointed. I used the drive thru and was told to park in front to wait for my order. I waited about 15 minutes. Then when I got home I was missing part of my order. Went back to get my order and had to wait some more for Mac & cheese they had forgotten.
