The quality of KFC has gone down so much! The “secret recipe” fries were cold and hard and the coleslaw was way too sweet. I am surprised that this chain is still up and operating especially with all the other competing chicken spots. I do not think they will last another decade, unfortunately and it’s also very overpriced for the quality of food you are getting. I will not be eating KFC ever again.

And their one sauce per 8 chicken nugget policy sucks. The girl wouldn’t give me an extra sauce even though I spent over 30$ in chicken and nuggets .and I wasn’t gonna run my debit card for a packet of sauce .im done with kfc.

Spent $50 for the family meal which is way over priced, order got lost in the shuffle (4 orders after mine went out first with no apology) then got my order wrong (luckily I checked) still no apology and then get home and find out that they gave me white meat when I specifically ordered dark with her even confirming. Definitely not worth the money!
