On March 25, I placed an online order for two sandwiches and upon pickup, discovered hair in both. After reporting the issue, I received replacement sandwiches and the new onces contained metal particles. The manager’s response was disappointing, suggesting that this was an acceptable standard and offering a refund. I opted for the refund, but the experience highlighted concerns regarding the kitchen’s cleanliness, which Daniel and the manager seemed unwilling to address. Poor attitude from that manager

I have gone different times to the lobby and the drive thru the service is good, they are fast and its always clean. We always order different things for the family and its always on point. I personally love the chicken tenders. When i go with out the family i have something just for me 🙂 ill leave a picture just dont tell on me 😉

Came for lunch today and was able to get a few things out for my buck. I got the 3 piece meal for around 15$ which isn’t that bad. Real chicken with fresh fries so i wasnt complaining about the small wait for the freshness. Glad i picked this location.

They got my food out really quickly. I took my chicken sandwich and studied for about half an hour before leaving. Employees kept the atmosphere lively but could still focus. The lemonade is really good here.

This KFC location is consistently disappointing. They are almost always out of crispy chicken and rarely have breast pieces available. When asked if they could cook more or make accommodations, the staff acted annoyed, rude, and lazy instead of providing basic customer service.
On top of that, the workers often look like they have poor hygiene, which makes me question the cleanliness of the food being served. That alone is very concerning.
KFC is supposed to be known for its crispy chicken, but this restaurant can’t even deliver its signature items, and the customer service makes the experience even worse. Management really needs to step in and address food availability, staff attitude, and hygiene standards before more customers decide not to come back.
