Overall, the KFC restaurant left a good impression: the interior is nice and clean, and it feels pleasant to be inside. The staff were polite, but the service could be more attentive. I ordered a Twister — it was completely cold, as if it had just come out of the fridge, and I had to ask for it to be reheated. In addition, the staff forgot to give me a cup for the drink, and I had to request it separately. I hope next time the service will be more careful.

HORRIBLE!!
Missing items, bad service, and refused refund. on 3-8-26 we stopped at this location upon receiving our order we hopped back on the freeway only to discover our order was wrong. After calling this location the general manager informed us that a refund could only be issued in person even if payed with card. We informed the general manager that we are not from this area and requested a refund instead of a credit. after speaking to the general manager we agreed that we would drive the 20 minutes back for a refund and the general manager agreed. Upon returning to this location for a refund the general manager looked at our receipt and said “no bro, it’s on the receipt bro the receipt says it’s on their it says you got it bro” after again stating that our order was wrong and requesting the refund that he ( the general manager) already agreed to give us he continued to repeat, ” no bro its on the receipt” as i could see that we were getting nowhere i requested to speak to his district/ regional manager he then stated that he did not have one. Seeing that this was hopeless i returned to my car; once in my car i observed them give the wrong order to a costumer. once she was already in her car checking the order a staff member aproached her car and retrieved the order from her and proceeded to give the already opened order to the correct costumer. As the general manager of a fast food location i know that all of the above actions/ events are not apropriate i expect all employees to treat costumers with profecionalism as well as take food saftey seriously and sadly that is not what i have witnessed first hand at this location.

Okay so it wasn’t on the menu but I asked for some spicy tenders and I go what I wanted now I am from Texas so I guess if ur not used to the heat don’t ask them to toss them in the Nashville sauce because you will not be able to handle it. But they did an awesome job and knocked it out the park
