We use to go KFC on McCarran in sparks but, consistently,the chicken and biscuits were burnt .So we started going to the KFC on MCCarran. It was great up till 2 months ago. Visited 3 times in last 2 months and every order was wrong. Employees need to be taught parts of the chicken and what they look like. Order 2 drumsticks and breast, get 2 wings and a back, next ordered same as 1st order and got 1 breast 2backs, last order was famous bowl and got Mac and cheese bowl. Hope Los Altos location can do better.

They were out of original chicken. Said I’d have to wait for it to b cooked .ok so I wait. They make the order, then give me the entire wrong order. I call them and they say they will put it n the office for the next time I come in. I come in 2 days later . Guess what. Even with a receipt and the proof I called. They still wouldn’t give me the correct order because I didn’t bring the food back. Im sorry kfc. Ur crap don’t smell good nuff to keep in my house days later. Maybe u should have told me that n the first damn place! I would’ve came back and threw it at u, and gotten my money back, and went to carls jr instead.

Got wrong order. Ordered three 4 piece tenders and got 3 piece chicken. Two boxes had ,1 biscuit and the third had 2 biscuits. If I didn’t transport all the way to Carson City before I opened meals… I would have returned the whole order
