first they told us they were about almost out of tenders and said it would only take 20 minutes. which in return took twice the amount of time.( 45 – 50 Minutes) then they did not give us utensils at all. you could tell while sitting waiting that they had no idea what they were doing. asking all the customers that were waiting what they ordered. Do Not Go here.

Normally I don’t do any negative reviews but this KFC is an exception. Their new promotional meal offered on their signage. The employee had no idea what we were talking about so we pulled up to the window. We informed them it was on the menu out in the drive thru. I told her we were no longer ordering food there bc I prefer no spit in my food. The KFC employee indicated that was what would happen and I will never go to this location again. TERRIBLE service. Her attitude was the icing on “Minnies chocolate pie”.

Not bad. Normally I have to return to get items missed. It’s a little frustrating. This time, I only got 3 pickles with a 5 piece Nasville Hot Tenders and barely enough sauce for 3, let alone 5.

KFC in Fallon was good. The chicken was fresh and tasty, the biscuit was fluffy and the potatoes were very hot. The service was a little slow and the soda machine in the dining area stopped working while I was there. But the dining room and bathroom were clean and the kitchen looked clean too. I would go back.
