Joined the KFC rewards with the App. They gave me a free Chicken Sandwich! The food was good, the wings were small but tasty.. good biscuit. The Cole slaw was pretty good and the mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious. I wish there was some butter and honey for the biscuit, and some plastic utensils also. Service was good… had my food ready!

For the past 2 weeks, my experience has been horrible. I have been picking up food here every week for a year via ordering online and it is usually ready in less than 20 min. My 2 visits recently is very different. It takes them 15 min today and 40 minutes last week just to talk to me and acknowledge my online order that both times was not ready. They pulled it out on their computer and starts to process them. It takes them 20 min last time and that seems to be a busy day and 15 min today and there are less than 5 people inside when I arrive and probably 5 cars in the drive thru. I ended up the only customer 10 min before I get my order. It defeats the purpose of doing an online order when they will just start to prepare it on my arrival. People that order in their kiosk have their order faster since their order was processed immediately. Other KFCs are known to be fast and will be apologetic and will offer free drinks for the wait. They end up refunding my purchases as they had some mixed up in the kitchen and were apologetic. Not sure if it was a staffing issue, poor planning but they have to fix something fast before they lose all their patrons.

Each time I’ve come through the drive through, I’m parked for around 25-30 minutes. The first time I was forgotten about, the second time they prioritized every pick up driver before the drive thru orders. 5 of us were parked out in the lot. I and another customer watched as we chatted about it. Fast food is supposed to be fast. If I wanted to wait, I’d go to a restaurant. I’ll never return to this location. I don’t blame the kids that work there, I blame the terrible management.

We had the best experience at this location today all because of a person that works there named Brendan!! We absolutely had no clue how to order what we wanted in the app and Brendan was so patient all while still doing other things but still taking care of us! With the help of Brendan we were able to order what we wanted and get our food. Brendan really made our experience AWESOME! I hope KFC understands how valuable Brendan is!! ✨

Window person cool. But the communication or attention in the kitchen is poor I guess. I ordered a #12 chicken sandwich w/ fries, but got a 3 piece w/ mash potatoes and slaw. I should have been more alarmed with the order coming so quick right after my change and the smell of biscuits. They’re lucky I like fried chicken, and I couldn’t return to address the problem. Is was by far the worst quality of food that I have ever had at a KFC. I have since a problem when the manager looked up at the clock when we arrived. It was a good 45 minutes before closing. We ordered 3 boxed meals ( 3 pc chicken), and 1 chicken tenders meal. They told us they only had extra crispy left. I asked if they could make us original recipe, she said no. The manager was in the back round but didn’t say anything. We settled for what they had. Big mistake. Chicken must have been sitting for some time because it was dry. They didn’t have enough tenders to fill the order so they improvised with dry out nuggets. Mostly just deep fryer breading.
This was bad service and poor quality of food. KFC owners should be ashamed of this. We won’t be coming back. And we’ll be thinking twice about stopping at any other KFC in the future. Years ago this was our go to restaurant.

Are ALL kfc locations just BAD now???
Had to wait in the parking lot for over 30 MINUTES for my food. They did not give me my receipt, did NOT give me the biscuit for the 3pc tender combo and had attitude when my partner finally went in to ask what was taking so long.
Turns out they had our food JUST SITTING THERE ON THE COUNTER. While they waited for an employee to “get around to bringing it out”
Food was soggy and wet by the time we got it.

Never go during the morning and afternoon. They are the worse crew. You will stand and wait for help for 20 minutes. The ladies that work there during this time ignores you and walk past the counter like no one is there. On the other hand the evening night crew are much better. I will never go here during the day again!
