I ordered the $20 fill up combo or whatever and the food was so unpleasant I was genuinely offended and I believe my self worth was damaged in the process. The mashed potatoes and gravy tasted like prison food and if you would’ve told me the chicken tenders were 3D printed 5 years ago I’d believe you. This is garbage!!

I bought a meal for two and on the app, it does not give you the choice to remove mayo. I am allergic to mayo. I asked them if they can remove it once I got there and they said that it was already made because it was an online order. I told them I’m allergic to Mayo and all the lady said Was it’s already made so I told her if I’m allergic to mail or you guys have to change it. It’s your guys policy on top of that. She asked me if it was a spicy or classic sandwich I said spicy and I still got a classic sandwich with no mayo. I understand if there was a wait time for the spicy, but you guys could’ve told me instead of giving me a classic, knowing that I had asked for one spicy one classic after you had literally just asked at the window that lady who was at the window was very very rude

I’ve been here for 2 different days and I noticed they cheap out on the portions. I had to ask twice about why I’m getting so little when before I gotten a decent amount. The eating inside, the manger is yelling at an old couple about adding all these charges and then after yelling at their employee about their break time being up. Bad service, girl gave so much attitude when asked if she can repeat the order and when she got the drinks wrong. She lied and said it was the right drink and also gave us the wrong order/ not out order fully. While also being rude. Ticket name says cashier Leslie. Girl with a lot of makeup.

Poor customer service. I placed my order an hour and a half in advance. When I arrived I was told it would be ready soon. After 15 minutes, I asked if they had my order. He said they were waiting on chicken. The first person led me to believe that it would be ready soon. Here it is 20 minutes and I have the time to review them. Maybe I’m here for the evening.

Honestly I’m super disappointed. The staff was nice… yes. But the food….. wow. I ordered 2 number 10s for 10.99 each and got 2 pretty much kids meals. And got a macbowl and it had 3 pieces of chicken we might as well have just ordered just a large side of Mac. We would have gotten a bett we r deal. I will not be returning. I’ll be driving across town when I want food from KFC. Smh.

Terrible customer service. Went to get some wings they said it’ll be 10 min for them to be ready so I waited 15 min later I went in and they hadn’t even dropped to be cooked. No apologies nothing. And there was no customers in there to wait that long.

Watch out! New crew and manager at this location. Most of the staff are completely clueless that they are at work. Went in for lunch after ordering my meal was bagged up and called out. Good thing I was eating there. The famous bowl i had ordered was missing the main ingredient. A bowl filled without chicken. Figured that would’ve drawn questions. But na. After going back to the counter and having the manager ask me what I needed. I kindly asked for chicken in the chicken bowl. Puzzled his crew had forgotten about that part. They did make it right the second time. With all 4 ingredients.
