Placed a DoorDash order around 8:30 PM on a Friday night and was honestly impressed. The chicken tasted fresh out of the fryer, hot and crispy just the way it should be. The sides were also really good and packed well. For a late evening order, everything came out way better than I expected. Definitely one of the better KFC experiences I’ve had props to the crew working that night!

Over the last two weeks I have had two really large orders. Everything was done correctly and deliciously both times. The female manager is so good to all the young people working there and she has everything managed so well. Excellent service and attention to detail.

Save your money, you make better fried chicken anyway, because you won’t get fresh fries and if you forget to ask for gravy for tenders they’ll try to charge you for it.

Their customer service sucks. They are lazy and had me go around again cause they didn’t want to prepare the order. When I went around for 2nd time order wasn’t ready and was informed they didn’t have honey sirchana for wings. Why couldn’t he/she/it tell me that the 1st time and why couldn’t they prepare the order the 1st time. Typical Española service. Only got worse when I arrived order wasn’t prepared correct and I was missing items. I called to only get attitude and to be told they couldn’t do anything. Piss poor customer service and piss poor food.

We had to wait at least 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were even there, but the lady that waited on us was nice enough. My granddaughters need to use the facilities and that was another 15 minutes cause the manager the keys. Half way through our meal they locked the doors and we had to go out the drive through door…
