Said good morning/afternoon, & thank you when ordering. Completely ignored. Sat down and ate my meal. WYT people come in to order after me, they are greeted with cheer and respected. Got up to leave, refilled my drink, and said, thank you have a nice day. I got a not so friendly look with no reply back. Ahhh lovely Kingman…how they love people from all walks of life. I should have just stopped in Flagstaff to eat instead.

Ordered the classic bowl but received an abomination of soggy fries with lukewarm gravy, a couple of deep fried mystery pieces and a few overcooked , I would say burnt chicken pieces. When brought to management attention they said ” We don’t understand it but that’s what it is” I said the picture on the window shows a different item as a classic bowl….again the answer was we don’t understand it. Wow! No wonder Popeyes is beating KFC. Won’t be back

Food was good. But we waited 45 minutes. They bumped our order and several other peoples order. We asked for a refund but they eventually just gave us our food. Lack of organization and communication between staff.

When hit with a lot of orders at once the team did a great job working together and pushing the order out with a timely manner with quality. Rachel was a great help and very kind. Foods good, but tell me why I order 3 meals for my family in the drive thru and they only give 1 single fork and 1 single butter and 1 single honey. Disgusting amount of grease on fried chicken. 4 sides on the KFC family meal $20 {6 piece) were so small it was literally a spoonful of food for each of us (family of 3). Photo below on how KFC has cut the mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw to a little (disc stlye receptacle) instead of the styrofoam bowl style it used to offer the past 20 years. Gross and ripped off! The service was good but the product (yum brands, taco bell and kfc) has gone to corporate greed. Choose In and Out instead. The size of the mash potatoes and coleslaw was tiny.

I was here for lunch. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. There was good customer service and clean bathrooms. The food was typical of KFC food so nothing noteworthy in that department. Overall a solid restaurant.
