Chicken doesn’t seem fresh, either all day old or just under cooked while some looked over cooked. Chicken was hot at all and wet. I couldn’t eat it. I refried it in deep fryer, but mentally after all the money spent on this very disappointed meal. Chicken needs to be fresh. Hot Holding (After Frying)

The staff were nice but overlooking things like sauce changes the meal experience. Compared to Saucy, the atmosphere is ok.
Update: went back after 3 weeks and this time, no receipt, no sauce, and not even my complete order. I watched the meal be given to the wrong vehicle first. Decided to abandon my order at that point. I had to wait, which is fine, but should afford plenty of time to get it right.

Twice now in the span of less than a month that multiple things were not available due to them being out. Both times was around 8 o’clock. I can understand if it was right before closing, but if you’re still open for two hours I expect you to have everything or at least most available on the menu. Not a third to half not available.

Two time experience and there will not be a 3rd. The staff is rude I waiting along with three others to get a staff members attention and I watched them asked who was next a door dash person stated who they were and why he went back to the restating his customer was not happy with her order, the staff member rudely speaking to him he asked for her not to speak to him in that manner she continued to anyway. There was a piece of small hair in our kids food look like an eyelash. Makes sense that one of the workers had these huge fake lashes on. The ladies at the kiosk said how was experience the lady said horrible she said then rate that. Every staff member there two times in this location the experience has been Horrible. I’ll never go back. I rather go elsewhere where im greeted! And with a smile!

Justin(manager) in the drive-through needs an attitude adjustment. Very poor social skills. Rude and overall nasty demeanor. It seems he may have deliberately sabotaged my order because I confronted him about his disgusting behavior. I received half my order and it was in shambles “see pictures“. I suppose to Justin a five piece Nashville hot really means a three piece and a large side of green beans means don’t close the lid so it will spill everywhere. That I can tell you was very much appreciated. Didn’t receive our small sides of green beans and I was missing a biscuit, however The biscuit that I did receive looks like somebody crumbled it in their fist. I did call and speak with Justin the manager and his outright awful behavior continued. Thank you so very much for this very pleasant experience. ♂️ Zero stars!!!

There’s this one lady. She is rude and says things that are not customer friendly . This has happened twice. I went in the first time had a bad experience I did not want to return….this time Told that to my friend and she said no let’s eat there. Sure enough she has not changed. Very disappointed with her attitude I enjoy the food but can’t stand the lady there.

We used to go a lot but I haven’t seen one manager in forever probably left. Now it’s a roll of the dice. Couldn’t get my online order because they didn’t thaw the chicken wings. So the employee offers me an 8 piece as an option, well then it gets packed as a 4 piece and I’m like where the rest and the manger had vetoed the offer I was given and it was basically take it or leave it. Since I had paid with a gift card online it would be more of a headache to try and refund it. Also now the app assistant is not much better trying to file a complaint so leaving this call before you order or roll the dice. This place has sadly gone so down hill.

Waited more than 10 minutes to get an order that was put in ahead of time. Then had to wait another 11 minutes to wait to get the order corrected. Making half the order cold. i wish we woukd have just gone somewhere else.
