I have come through the drive thru 3 times, they are always out of at least one thing i wanted to order each time, like chicken tonight it was potato wedges, so I asked for Mac and cheese got home and it was coleslaw I just don’t understand. They are customers also and I just wonder if they get mad spending their money on something that should be good. Just a thought.

I always order take out from here. The restaurant rarely has dine-in customers. It is clean in the dining room just deserted.
The service has been consistently GOOD! The workers are friendly and focused on getting you your food quickly. I like this location. They look clean. The good is always hot. I’ve never gotten sick.

Walked in to grab my order and the drink was not a large so I asked for a large. Got home and opened my bag. Neither of the sauces for the tenders were in there. The chicken taste old. I ordered sweet tea and it definitely isn’t sweet. Napkins were thrown in the bag and some looked like they were used they like put them in a ball. Very strange. Will not be ordering there again.

Monday, February 23, 2026 will be the last time I patronize this KFC. I ordered the four piece chicken original three times before. So I decided to order the crispy Monday, hoping maybe the chicken would be better, not dried out, over cooked or refried.There was a twenty minute wait. So I ended up ordering the original again. Same dried out over cooked chicken.

Set up to kind of force you to use their kiosk as you walk in. I put my order in, and less than a minute later, a super nice woman comes out and asks my name, and says my food will be right out. Then she asks if I would like my cup now. This might not seem like much, but this place used to be a miserable place to get food. Much improved, in every way. Food was hot, order was correct. Must be under new management!

Came through drive thru today. Little Mexican girl has a naaaasty attitude. Took our order, disappeared in the middle of it, someone else came on the speaker and tried to start our order over, then a third person. Lmao.
We asked for lemonade, we get something weird and carbonated. Fries are absolutely never fresh. This location is absolute garbage.

Food here is CONSTANTLY overcooked and dry. Definitely not fresh also. I’ve gone to several other locations and in other states and never had any THIS BAD! I can’t believe this location is still here honestly, let alone them just getting a remodel last year. Horrible food here, and for the last 7 years it’s been in decline. Every 6 months or so I’ll stop by and order something to see if it’s changed since they’re literally right next to us, and they continously get worse each time.

I’ve been to this location maybe 6 times, most of the time I use the drive-through. Nearly everytime they get our order wrong. Im not the type to get mad about it. In fact my wife and I think it’s comical how often they mess up the order so we always go in with that expectation and know to check our order before leaving.
I dined in today. Fully expected something and sure enough they were out of French fries and mac-n-cheese, both sides that my son wanted. This was at 6:15pm, dinner time for most. I laughed it off .
Went to pay and the guy said the register was down, he had to use the drive through register. It’s always something at this location ♂️.
The young man at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. I had to approach the counter 2 other times when the young man was away and the other employees acted liked I was bothering them by asking for bbq sauce and a refill. In fact they didn’t acknowledge me while I was standing at the counter waiting. It wasn’t until I spoke up that they turned to look at me. Maybe they are just really into their work. ♂️
I will say the food was good, biscuit was soft and fresh, chicken was tender and crispy! They gave me plenty of bbq sauce and honey
The dining area was clean, the bathrooms… not so much, the sink needed to be cleaned, one of soap dispensers was hanging off the wall, the trash lid may have been broken.
My advise if you eat here, don’t expect them to have all menu items available. And check your bag before you leave to ensure your order is complete .

I think this KFC needs a overhaul. For years now matter time of day or night they run out or don’t have something. It’s ridiculous how bad this location is. And over the years it has not changed. I stop going for 6 months or more, go back same story..Just terrible.

I ordered a 4 piece chicken and 2 mashed potato bowls. The chicken in the mash potato bowls was very dark, burnt and looked like they were fried in dirty grease. I couldn’t even get a bite it was so hard to chew. I just tried calling several times and they don’t answer my call.
