Our order was correct and everything for the most part was good. But I specifically asked if the french fries were good today, and the girl told me yes, when I got them, they were dried out and hard as a rock from sitting under the heat lamp too long…. The new cheese curds are excellent however!!!

The last few times I gave them the benefit of the doubt forgetting some of my order.. but I’ve had it this time I ordered the 8 piece chicken meal with 2 large sides mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac and cheese once again they gave me 2 Mac and cheese and I ordered 8 piece nuggets didn’t give me my sauce if I didn’t ask for it this time when I picked it up I wouldn’t have gotten it.. this location sucks go to 12th street they are way better

I placed a drive-thru order two weeks ago and my order was incorrect, with about half of it missing. I called at the time and was told I would receive a refund.
Today, I came into the restaurant to follow up on that refund. I stood at the register for approximately 13 minutes. During that time, multiple employees made eye contact with me, but no one came over to assist.
When someone finally approached the register, they apologized for the wait and, to their credit, issued the refund immediately and very kindly.
Overall, the food was fine—though not the best KFC I’ve had. The restaurant itself was relatively clean. However, aside from the one employee who helped me today, the service was very poor

The staff were very friendly even during their rush, taking the time to make sure everything was done properly and in a timely matter. The environment was friendly and relaxed despite the busy hour and the food was excellent. Anthony was amazing and took care of me and my friend very well, he defended his family from a homeless guy outside.

Went to this location of KFC to grab dinner for my family. I want to emphasize that the young lady I talked to on the drive through was amazing, she was very respectful and kind. But the food I ordered was horrible, I was given original instead of extra crispy. The chicken was very old and just filled with grease, the fries were old as well and cold and the pepsi was bland.

Absolutely horrible! I waited 15 minutes for them to make a fresh batch of chicken… the chicken was soaked in a puddle of grease at the bottom. Ordered 4 different sides and only received 2 sides of mashed potatoes. Literally one of the most disgusting meals I have ever received from a restaurant.

Not only does it seem like everyone who works there are incompetent but they obviously cannot figure out how to run their drive through. We were told to pull around and wait. After 30 minutes my boyfriend went in to see what was going on and someone walked out with a bag of food. He passed me twice before asking if i was there for delivery or pick up. I told him we were in drive through and told to pull around and he said “okay” then walked away. After another 30 minutes we finally got our food. Turns out the dude who spoke to me 30 minutes ago had our food and just didnt feel the need to give it to us? They marked the order as abandoned and just carried on with their day without even asking anyone in the cars what order they had had. Either train your employees correctly or shut the damn business down already

I had all but given up on KFC? I have 2 local locations near me that I refuse to go to! Always ended up getting sick and wasn’t happy at all with quality. (Very greasy!) I talked myself in to going to a further location. Glad I did. The only thing I have negative to say is that I ended up getting grease on my hands and tried to open butter spread and honey. Not happening! Totally my fault! Im not blaming them for that. I mean good fried chicken is going to be greasy? Unless of course you air fry it? no thanks?

Went at 3:38pm on a Tuesday and the lady said that they were out of chicken and that’s it’s a 40 minute wait. We asked for the chicken fried steak and they didn’t have that either. Holy cow! Don’t go there unless you want to wait 40 minutes.
