I got the Country Fried Steak meal. The steak was a little dry on the outside, but still juicy and tasty on the inside. The rest of the meal was really good. The service was really friendly, and the restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere with good music.

This was a chicken leg? Are your serious right now. What is really going on here. And the breast was just like 2 bites bigger. The large mac n cheese was only half the amount it should have been. Chicken was old as could be but the fries and Mac was at least a little warm I guess. Completely ripped me off this was ridiculous like get your stuff together and give us the actual quality food we pay for. King soopers deli has way bigger pieces and at a fraction of the cost and taste just fine.

I ordered the 10.00 fried chicken. Asked if I can sub the thighs for breasts. The lady taking my order said they can’t substitute on the 10.00 box. I got home and I had 4 thighs and 4 legs. My family don’t eat thighs. And I was never told that the 10.00 was only dark meat. If I had been told this I would have ordered the 10.00 tenders. Went in to try and get my family dinner. Manager (DJ) said there was NOTHING he could do for me to make it right. I had to go to another restaurant to feed my family. Very disappointed in this store and the manager

⭐️ 1 Star — Do Not Eat Here, Do Not Waste Your Time!

I went through the drive-thru and ordered two meals plus a leg and breast on the side. When I got home, I realized the extra chicken was missing. I called to explain and was told to come back so they could fix it.

When I arrived, the cashier admitted she forgot to ring in the two pieces and then told me I’d have to pay for them. I explained that I never got a receipt, so I had no idea the mistake was hers. I also reminded her I’d already been inconvenienced by driving back. She still refused.

Then the manager came over, and instead of handling it professionally, she rolled her eyes and said, “Get this lady her chicken so she gets out of here, I don’t have time for this.” Absolutely disgusting attitude and customer service.

Their mistake, zero accountability, and complete disrespect to the customer. I will never be back, and I strongly recommend others avoid this location. There are too many places with better food and basic human decency.

This place looks DISGUSTING. The table with employment advertisements looks like it’s never been wiped not once. They don’t put a survey code on their receipts so they can avoid bad surveys. Old chicken and a very rude manager. Too bad… KFC used to be good…

Disappointed with tonight’s visit. After waiting about 25 minutes for our food (there was only one other person ahead of us), we got home and were pretty upset when we realized that what we thought were fries, were not. We received a biscuit with FIVE fries sitting ON TOP of the biscuit! I’m not sure if it’s laziness but come on y’all, we ain’t that stupid.

This place always has an extremely long wait time.
Tonight it was 40 mins for two 5pc tender meals.
Crazy! They are apologetic but honestly a warning that it’s gonna take almost an hour would be nice. They don’t say hello at the drive thru so you sit there until they feel like helping you. Definitely don’t go if you are in a hurry!

Often order two breast a biscuit and a drink. Those breasts was so hard and dry. I was too tired to go up to the counter and tell him so I picked that picked that before I threw it out my window throw it out the window is something I donot the package, but the bones of the flesh before another animal to profit off of get full off or eat it I don’t know

Hello, this is a serious customer complaint, I placed an order two days ago on Uber Eats, while Ubers service was outstanding KFC lacked in Service, Food quality and availability of a person to solve these issues.
I placed an order for two four piece Garlic Chicken meals, one Original and one Crispy flavored.
Needless to say there was absolutely no difference as to whether which on was original or crispy and most disheartening neither one tasted of the supposed Garlic flavor.
The side order of mashed potatoes was thin and soupy to say the least and the gravy lacked flavor and seasoning as to say a jar of Great Value Chicken Gravy was probably more flavorful, to top it off I only received one four piece meal instead of two and the second was a three piece. The large side order of Coleslaw was far from being satisfactorily filled to measure the depth of the bowl that the product was served in.
I also requested plates and was given none, there were zero eating utensils and the worst assault is there were no napkins. I purchased five Barbque sauces and received only two and also requested Sweet and Tangy sauce and received zero sauce from that as well.
When I tried to contact the store the phone rang a dozen times and then went directly to a busy signal. It’s sad that this may happen more often than it’s expected. The price of this discourteous experience wasn’t worth the extremely high price of the meal and service.
