The food was very disappointing. The biscuit was undercooked, and the chicken breading wasn’t fully cooked. There were globs of raw flour inside the chicken. Everything was soggy and unpleasant. And was missing two fries.

Food was good. Initial service was polite and decently fast. Tables and floors were dirty and the 5 in our group made 6 people in entire place. Ordered two small root beer floats, they waited to make them until 3 more orders were finished and had their food, making two floats take nearly 20 minutes.

Great food and solid service, but the outside situation needs attention. The food was excellent -fresh, hot, and exactly what you want from KFC. Chicken was cooked well, sides were on point, and the staff inside were friendly and efficient. The dining area itself was clean and well maintained.
The only downside was the situation outside: people hanging around and trash scattered around the property made the entrance and parking area feel uncomfortable and uninviting. That really took away from an otherwise great experience.
Overall, the food and staff were great, but addressing the outside cleanliness and loitering would make this location much better.

What had the Kentucky Fried Chicken Wednesday country fried steak mashed potatoes gravy and coleslaw with biscuit country fried steak tasted very good. Mashed potatoes were good the gravy was enough yet I would have preferred more yet that’s just my choice. They were polite friendly got the order up pretty quick. coleslaw with excellent, Kentucky Fried Chicken’s coleslaw was always excellent. The biscuit was outstanding, very flakey almost two flaky that it kind of crumbled apart as I was picking it up, LOL. The price was okay for the size of the meal and what you get it was 5. 99 at one time I think how the price is a little bit more but they’re keeping it within reason for what you get

0 stars…I’ve spent about 2500$ at this place. I order the same meal every single time, but it’s never made correctly. Im done, don’t waist your time or hard earned money. -10 stars The biscuits are crunchy like cereal, the chicken is and taste old. I’ve been a food and beverage manager for 32 yrs. I don’t understand why the west side of Colorado Springs has such incompetent fast food restaurants.

I ordered the corn dog bites, checked the bag just to make sure it appeared that the right things were in there and drove away. When I got home, I opened the box and found this clump of foul-smelling (smells like old oil) glob of fried doughy masses. No hotdogs, no cornmeal batter—just a foul lump that weighed about the same as corn dogs would. I’m not sure why someone would intentionally do this—I’ve gone to this location several times, all pleasant. But it looks and smells *disgusting*. And whatever this is shouldn’t be in a place where it could be put into a food container *accidentally* and given to a drive-thru customer.

You had to cook my cheese curds why not cook me fries. My fries were so old I thought it was chicken crust! ♀️ ♀️ Get it together guys it’s only a 15-30 min hold time on those fries!
