I placed an order online and it was supposed to be done by 6:02 pm. I got there at 6:19 and they could not find my order. The cashier looked at my order on my phone and said they would redo the order for me. I kept seeing other people placing their orders and leaving meanwhile I was there until 6:53 pm waiting for my order. They did give me a free drink but that did not make up for me having to wait over 30 minutes for my order to be redone. It might have made a difference if they would have told me why the order was taking so long but they didn’t. This store needs more customer service training or older people working there that has experience. Won’t be going back.

Asked for no pickles on our sandwich 2 times to make sure… still got pickles. Took them 10 minutes to make the sandwich… ordered a 3 piece combo as well, got some anorexic cold chicken and stale old fries. I wish I just drove to Popeyes. Will not return.

Ordered the deep fried Thanksgiving turkey meal. The store was very well organized with all the pre orders organized by name and collection time, , the manager brought my order to my car and was very helpful. The staff were happy and were super polite, both when we went in to order the meal and on collection. Well done KFC!

Ordered delivery from this location and literally almost all of the food was inedible. The biscuits were cold and hard the wings were barely warm the chicken nuggets were cold as well as the potato wedges. I paid for extra sauces and didn’t receive them. It has been 9 days as of this post and I have yet to receive a refund or any contact from KFC. I have contacted customer support 5 times and still no refund or a follow up from customer support. DO NOT ORDER FOOD THROUGH THE APP FROM THIS LOCATION, YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

Tonight I ordered the honey bbq wing from this location and when I got home and open the box, this is what they looked like. I’m so disappointed. I was looking forward to my chicken to look like the picture on the menu. My box wasn’t even secured.

I always have a bad experience with this location. I will never be coming back again we went thru the drive through and got home and we were miss not 1 not 2 but 4 pieces of chicken. We went back to get the missing chicken but we called before we went back they were really rude on the phone. We went and got home the second time we tried to eat the chicken and it was bloody and raw. I will be call the health department and the corporate office if I could I would rate negative 10 Worst location!!!

Will not go here again. It was a hot mess, waited in the restraunt 20 minutes to have my order taken. The lady beside me asked for her money back, she waited so long. There were people inside and out that had paid waiting for food. I asked the young man if they were taking orders, he said probably not, they are running out of chicken. I told them they should tell people and shut down then. My guess is there was no one in charge there, seemed like no one knew what was going on or what to do. So sad, I used to go here all the time, not any more.
