Explain to me how at 730pm, my family went to eat dinner at this location. And we waited for 5 minutes to even be acknowledged, mind you we were the ONLY people in the restaurant. When we went to order the 12 piece tender family meal, she went over to the tender tray, pulled them out and came back to us and said no I have 4 only. Um excuse me? That was a full tray. I can not believe how rude and disrespectful we were treated. We walked out and will never return to this location. I would not recommend this location.

Love KFC, but this location on the day we visited wasn’t up to snuff. We, along with a Doordash or UberEats pickup guy, were waiting and waiting for SOMEONE to acknowledge that we were waiting. Some worker came out (the manager?) to tell another employee who was cleaning the floor in the dining room to come into the back. We thought it was so that person could take our order. WRONG. We started verbally saying, helloooooooo, hoping someone would come take our order. Very poor service. We won’t be back.

EW GO EAT LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. 7/11 has better food a service. The fries and biscuit are ROCK HARD like I could break a window with the biscuit. I got a 5pc chicken meal and the pieces of chicken were so shriveled up and tiny I may as well have gotten McDonald’s chicken nuggets because at least they would’ve tasted good. AND they forgot our sauces. But hey at least the two bites of mashed potatoes I got were fine.

Have been here a couple times hoping for change if at different time, late evening..no go.. between lunch and dinner..no better .. was overcharged and missing biscuits, the mash potatoes and no drink, waited with 1 car only in front of me for over 25mins.. had a coupon,they wouldn’t honor it.. and paid close to $30 for ??? It was only myself and a friend.. only stopped because I had heard new employees,they were new,but no better..even acting that they could not understand my English.. I’m a past English lit teacher..so really.. hate writing bad reviews,but I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you like cold undercooked, expensive food with service that was horrible.. us there no such thing as “good customer service”.. I was more friendly and polite than the one working.. it’s a shame because I’m certain they could make good money if the effort was put in..or perhaps they make enough on those who know no better.. go at your own risk …

Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches one with the big box and the other one by itself, and 8 pcs crispy chicken , the sandwich was very dry, had just a little bit of sauce and the 8 pcs chicken were burnt and had no flavor. Very disappointed

Absolutely disgusting. That pasta, it’s more like pasta soup. Dirty tables. Burnt over cooked mashed potatoes, over cooked biscuits. Water in the light fixture and water dripping on the floor in more than one spot. It was so gross and nasty. It ruined K.F.C. for me
