One of the worst places I been. Waiting to get my order took waiting time while no customers in line. Came to use a coupon all to find out it was not used so ended up paying full price and didn’t get my money back. Worste of it all is that the food quality was really bad as you can see the quality of the food and the color shows that the food has been sitting and reheated. We did not finish our food due to the quality. We were told to come back and talk to a Loraine and did not get our money back for their mistakes or even the quality of the food, I didn’t bother since they didn’t seem to want to do much and paitiance was not in my favor. The staff was not at all motivated to work. No customer service at all and the parking lot being 8:15pm was completely dark. Safety hazard on top of it all. They where notified about the lighting and didn’t seem to care much. A lady picking up the order let them know that she almost missed the place because of the no lighting also. Bad business ran by bad employees that don’t seem to care at all. I would not waste my time anymore or money. Not worth the stress with these bad experiences. If the store manager seems to care, feel free to review your cameras and set expectations if you want to increase your store business. 9/20/2025

Always happy to see Colonel Sanders creations being served but not in love with the atmosphere. Not super clean, definitely an older building. The food came out fast. The staff were nice. My son has decided KFC is his favorite fried chicken. We will still go back there!

The older lady at the drive through today at 3:30 was completely rude. Trying to hurry us up before we got a chance to look at the menu. Nobody was even behind us! Definitely won’t be back for dry chicken and terrible service. I should’ve known better.

Bad food! AVOID

I knew KFCs were universally known as mediocre these days, but this location takes it to a new level.
I ordered:
A) 2 KFC sandwiches. They were old and the chicken was soggy from way too much sauce and pickles that had obviously been sitting for a long time before we even ordered. Also, requested no pickles, both had pickles
B) 4 chicken tenders. Only received 3, and all three were super thin, dry, and bland
C) Side of fries. They were cold and bland
D) Side of mac and cheese. It was cold and bland
E) Two drinks, a sweet tea and a mountain dew, had not had their syrups replaced in forever. Both tasted terrible
F) Requested 6 Comeback sauces, paid for all of them, only received one sauce

They did NOTHING right.

Went through the drive thru tonight. No cars in line should have been my warning. But Son wanted to go there. Lady working was very nice. But the food was absolutely inedible. Ordered two chicken sandwiches and it was tough as leather like the chicken had been sitting since lunch time. Som and I only took one bite. I couldn’t Ben bite through the chicken. Well just chalk it up to live and Learn. Save yourself $20 bucks and just go to Popeyes or Chik Fil A.

DON’T COME HERE. Horrible customer service.

Keep in mind I left Chick-fil-A before coming here because of the 25+ car line. Today I arrived here at 9:10pm & I was the only car in the drive thru lane. I ordered a 3 piece tender combo. They said they had to make food. Okay, that’s fine I understand they close at 10pm. But they told me 8 minutes. I didn’t get my food until 9:50! Once I got my food I realized they didn’t even give me fries. So I asked for my fries then they told me it would be another wait (after already waiting 40 minutes!) I said I would wait but then he said they are closing in 10 minutes so they can’t make it because they are closing. So I waited 40 minutes for “fast food” then didn’t even get what I paid for nor a refund/gift card. Employees simply don’t care. WORST KFC EVER. If the owner reads this please close this place or hire a whole new staff. The employees just don’t care about the customers whatsoever here!! Should’ve just waiting at Chick-fil-A, I’m sure they would’ve been faster than this…

I seen the article that mentioned that the KFC owner decided to give away a free 8 pc bucket of chicken begging the food chains former consumers to return and give them another chance. I decided to download the app and right away noticed the marketing poster for the free chicken in addition to a $15 qualifying purchase. I order the bbq korean fries two honey baked busicuts, mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes. When I went to my nearest KFC location the place was dead not a customer in site. I picked up my order only to taste some of the worst food ever. I only took 1 bite of the biscuts because they tasted soggy and undercooked. I ate the the mac and cheese it was mediocre at best. The mashed potatoes were luke warm and the korean bbq fries were disgusting there was no bbq nuggets or pickles just a bunch of cold soggy fries and coleslaw. The best thing about the meal was the 8 pc chicken tenders I will give them a B on that but everything else was gross. Its no wonder popeyes is the new king of chicken. I won’t be returning back to waste my money eating here.

I ordered my food at 10:30, to be picked up at 12:30.
Not only was the food more than 15 minutes late, but it was wrong. I ordered tenders and got bone in chicken (which can be an issue for small children since it was for church) and I ordered 10 biscuits, but only got 1.

I would be hard pressed to order here again

Not a great place to enjoy KFC products. There was no crowd inside or outside, yet it still took 25 minutes to get our order, even though the app said it would be ready in 5–15 minutes. It seemed like the person cooking the chicken wasn’t happy to be working—maybe because it was the weekend or due to low pay. The nuggets were extremely salty and almost inedible. I had to remove the fried skin to feed my toddler, and to our surprise, one of the burger buns was missing. Unfortunately, I couldn’t go back to get it fixed since I had gone through the drive-thru and only noticed after leaving.

Today I went to this establishment. I ordered a kids meal with nuggets. I also ordered a three piece white original. I live not even 7 minutes from there and when I made it home to distribute the items. The kids meal nuggets looked and tasted like it had been cooked early that morning. And my original was all dark meat. I called to speak to a employee letting them know what had happened and the rudest person, whom I was told was a manager was so rude and hung up in my face as I am informing her of my issue. It’s people like this that make you want to start back cooking. Customer service is so sad now and to ask for more pay and can’t even get the orders right.
