Had the worst experience and this was through the drive thru.
I couldn’t believe how rude the lady was to me when I was ordering. (Curly hair in a pony tail)
I felt like I was being a bother when I was ordering even though there were only 2 cars in the parking lot. Then I get to the window, she takes my payment and tells me to reverse past a red pole and she will wave me down when to come back to the window.
I’ve heard about this having to do with them not wanting to look bad because the Order takes too long.
It took forever and I sat there with no one in front of me or behind me.
Finally got waved down, lady was rude again at the window. Then get home and the food is super cold.
My family and I have been going here for years. I couldn’t believe I had this experience. I hope somebody in charge reads this, because this behavior and cold food is only going to cause this location to lose more customers.

I love pot pies so I ordered one. The outside looked good but it had two pieces of chicken including a huge soggy fried chicken skin, one piece of carrot and two peas inside ! Now I know they make pies with the leftover fried chicken! Order one at your own risk.

I have never experienced a problem at this location, but today I had the worst experience during a pick up order by the lady named Alexia/Alexa Shift Supervisor. Even after doing everything she told me to do to get my order and with the customer service agent on the line telling her my order was good, she refused to give it to me because “it was canceled.” I just saw all the complaints she has on the reviews and im surprised it hadn’t happened to me sooner. Very bad experience! Will not be returning to this location.

OMG, I can’t believe their Manager would assign only two (2) employees on a holiday weekend. Negative 5 Star. The girls should apply somewhere else where they are valued and appreciated. They ran out of Gravy, the biscuits were Rock hard. They wanted to pass old hot wings for Fresh Hot Wings. The guys that were off that moment should get on the ball and Change the oil on the pressure cookers. The restaurant was clean. The girl working the lobby register was Not wearing a Uniform. The Diet Pepsi needed a replacement on the Syrup.

We always get church’s chicken but we decided to give KFC a try, NEVER again!!! While the sides were okay the chicken was nasty! Under cooked, not crispy at all, the breading was so soggy that wouldn’t even stay on the chicken. We also bought a 3 piece meal (pic not included) and oh man that was a sad meal, the pieces were tiny, slim and dry. I think all 3 pieces together would make a regular chicken strip from any other place.

I’ve trued to stay away from this place because of its poor management nd terrible service. I saw its been remodeled, so I figured service may have changed aswell. I pull uo to drive thru, order my meal and pull up to the window. Charged and given my drink within 30 seconds. I was asked to pull up to the front of the store and they’d take my order to me. I waited there for 25 minutes. I decided to get off and get my order in person instead. A group of people is waiting for their orders aswell, but i ordered through the drive thru sobi went straight to the counter. TWO people working the whole store. Where is the manager that schedules two people for the lunch rush? If management was there im sure they’d helpnout right? Needless to say it took a goid while for me to get my refund and I headed to a restaurant where i surely got my lunch within the hour. Id give this place AND management a negative 5 stars if i could.

Food is great but you will be waiting from 30-45 minutes for a simple order if you are able order ahead but dont expect the food to be ready management is none existent in this place
