Although being extremely busy, my food was fast and delicious. Mitch at the front counter had extraordinary customer service and was super great at getting orders out and keeping customers happy!

1) I rate the food 4 Stars. The taste is good and at a fair price.
2) The rewards app is okay, but not the best offers for burgers in the area.
3) I rate the store cleanliness, GENEROUSLY, with 2 Stars. The staff does not clean the drink area – just put a sign saying it’s slippery. Granted, the staff are not the ones making the mess and spilling drinks, but I was amazed that during the 1 hour we were there (slowly eating and visiting) the drink area was never cleaned. The “slippery” sign was already posted before we arrived. The mess of napkins, etc. in that area was noticeable. Small Drink Lids were missing as well.

Did not receive what we ordered. Called and supposedly spoke to the manager. He said he said he would make it right and send coupons. Never received them. Would not go back ever! Thought the manager would want to know the service we received, but apparently he didn’t care. The bill was 30 dollars for 2 meals.

The food was rather tasty. I’ll beat it a little small. The fries were crunchy hot and moist inside my two Whopper Duo burgers had too much condiment on it. Mustard mayonnaise ketchup. It was messy. Added cheese made the burger. I originally ordered two large fries but when I went to pay for them I only had one so there’s a little bit of miscommunication. As for the atmosphere, I can only guess I went through the drive-thru. Although I can tell you that the parking lot and the drive-thru area was neat and clean.

It’s a good place to grab a bite. Some time’s the lines long as they get very busy and have rush hours. The workers are really helpful and fast…sometimes they seem a bit irritated though but makes sense because that place is always busy. You can’t expect some one to always be happy but you can expect good customer service and for the most part it’s there. I’ve had to replace a order before and there was some hesitation as they thought they made the order right when I told them I was un satisfied a little bit of arguing fixed that but that’s why they don’t get all the stars for customer service. Plus like many places they wanna take bad food back when they replace the order and your not supposed to bring food back after you take it so that’s a broken rule. Sometimes people are polite some times you get a frown and a what was that? They also don’t like to give you more then one sauce. One time I had a burger with added cheese and the cheese wasn’t even melted. They said it comes out if the fridge and we put it on like that. I kinda thought the manager was not as polite as he could have replaced it.

While we were there at least 3 people walked back to the counter with their receipt because of issues with their order. When we ordered, we had to ask for a cup because the associate forgot to hand us one. When we got our order we were missing a small fry and I had to wait awhile for my milkshake. 4 messed up orders within less than an hour is unacceptable. Not their fault: a customer had his cell phone on speaker and was loud and rude, calling one person after another. It was disruptive.
On the positive side, I love the chicken sandwiches. We depend on the coupons, thank you for those! I buy the 2 sandwich, 2 fries meal and save the second for the next day.
I realize that things are getting tougher for companies. With having to pay employees ridiculous wages yoú either have to raise prices, cut the size of the meals, or only have a skeleton crew. Bottom line, people with no marketable skills are making more money than I did after college. My gripe, for what it is worth
