Went through the drive thru for a 3-piece meal, kids meal, and a pot pie. I was told to pull aside to wait for my food. 20 minutes later, the last who took my order walked out and asked what I ordered. I repeated my order, and then she brought out the wrong order. I went inside and told them I needed a 3 piece combo not tenders. Then they told me they didn’t have original recipe, soup waited over 30 minutes to get the wrong kind of chicken.
This store is awful, every time. I only come here once every couple months and it’s always the same. Terrible service.

I ordered the 4 pc leg and thigh on the app for delivery on 10/31 and received 1 of each pc of chicken. I was at work and would not be able to return the order that is the entire reason I had it delivered because I could not physically go to the store to pick up the order or order there. I called and spoke with Belinda and stated what I ordered and expected to receive and since I did not receive 2 legs and 2 thighs that the app is falsely advertising what they provide. She implied that I was not a paying customer, “ma’am I have customers here so what do you want me to do?” I stated “ I’m a customer too, a paying customer at that, so I don’t understand why you’re being rude about this” “I’m not being rude ma’am that’s how we serve our 4 pieces. It’s not false advertising, we have no control over advertising on the app. If something is incorrect you can bring it back” I did not even get to mention I was at work. I asked for her name and told her I’d be speaking with the General manager tomorrow (11/1) “okay well they’ll be here tomorrow you can speak with them” and hung up on me.

Update: Come on KFC, another bowl with no chicken.. Do you know the feeling of biting into what you think is chicken and its nothing but dry hard crust, how about an entire bowl of it☹..Previous Review: Have had better days but still go on occasion, it’s more to order at the drive thru than online sometimes so pay attention to that in case you want a good deal. It wasn’t very appetizing seeing it straight out of the box and why did my biscuit look like someone used it as a stress ball I will never know but tasted better than it looked and my dad still loves it. Love the famous bowl and they always add the extra gravy when I ask, only had a few bad bowls since I have been going there and I say that because it seemed to be just the crunchy outside and no chicken inside any of the chicken pieces, so I made sure not to go close to closing after that. Still some decent chicken when you crave it

i was order a family meal and the girl taking my order looked so confused the whole time, didnt even ask what sides i wanted, she just asked if that was it??? i was confused bc do they just pick our sides for us or what? anyways she forgot the 6 biscuits as well, we only for 4, she had also locked her self out from the cash register. do you guys just hire anybody now

Worst I’ve ever had. Went thru the drive through. Ordered 12 wings, got six but charged for 12. Ordered mashed potatoes… no utensils. No napkins. Tried to call them 3 different times when I realized I only had 6 wings and the phone rang repeatedly. No answer. Cheese curds were disgusting. The mashed potatoes were cold. They don’t care about their service or their product. Don’t waste your money here. Go to Church’s.

I wanted KFC because I do not like Churches. It was 10pm and website said open until 11PM. We walked in, were ignored by staff of only 3 people and never served after about 10 minutes I asked if they were closed to some lady about to mop.. SHE SAID THEY CLOSED IN 10 MINUTES. After about 5 minutes of being ignored service, We decided to leave and as we went out, the lady with the mop locked the door behind us with a big smile on her face. So disappointing. We would have at least ordered our food to go. Ended up going to Churches and really missed My KFC.

I walked in and waited at the counter for several mins, and no one even greeted me. I walked out and wrote this review. There was one other family in the dining room finishing up their food. Very poor service, and I have no idea how the food is. Haven’t had KFC in a while. Doubt I’ll be back for a while.
