Got my food in the drive through. They forgot my side of gravy and my sauce that I paid for. The chicken was so over cooked and hard you couldn’t even chew it. Then there was one big soggy piece at the bottom. Everything tasted horrible . Do not recommend

Okay so, I got the 5 piece tender big box. I am utterly disappointed. First, there are no napkins in my bag. Second, the chicken tenders are dark, either from bad oil or being under a heat lamp too long. Third, I asked for a sauce, didn’t get it. And last of all, the mash potatoes were cold. I was excited because I hadn’t been to KFC in a while. Wish I would’ve gone somewhere else.

The employees are so kind every time I go in. However, whoever is in charge of this location should be ashamed of themselves for forcing the employees to work in such a hot environment. Just sitting in the lobby, I felt faint twice due to how hot it is in there. It has been hot every time I have gone for the last year at LEAST! The poor workers are sweating and running around trying to make it work, I would quit if I were them!!

Chicken Strips were so dry, they were jerky. Why? You can visually see it when you put it in the box. It has zero moisture. Dark and completely dried out. Wasted money.
