Just nasty.
The sandwich looked great on the menu and what I got was grey soggy chicken. It’s so sad. I used the 25% off chicken sandwich coupon and would not pay for it again. I took two bites and threw it out.
The fries weren’t great either.
The last time I came to this kfc I got the tenders and they tasted rancid and were underdone.
The only good thing at KFC is the mashed potatoes and maybe cheese curds but that isn’t enough for me to come back. This was 2/18/2026. I don’t plan on ever going back to KFC after this. It’s too expensive and not worth a quarter of the price

The food is always good and the drive thru worker is pretty nice. I don’t really go inside anymore, but the times I’ve gone the tables are decently cleaned and the chairs are not all over the place.

We had to get the employees attention when we walked in because no one greeted us or came to the counter. When an employee finally acknowledged us, my husband asked if they could unlock the bathroom so I could take our 3 year old to go potty while he ordered and they refused to let my toddler use the bathroom until we stood there and completed our entire order first. So we left and spent our money elsewhere. When we called to ask for information, they refused to give us their store number or manager name over the phone. The staff was rude and inconsiderate. Didn’t bother ordering any food from them and probably won’t be back.

Last time 2 days in a row messed up order, messed up the first and messed up the replacement. It’s pretty bad that they do not even know what their meals have in them. Ordered a #8 5 chicken strips, 2 sides, biscuit & a drink. 1st time 4 strips, charged me for 2 sides and the drink. The replacement 5 strips 1 side and no drink had to pay for the drink……? And if anyone can explain why they only give you 1 dipping sauce for 5 strips???

They gave my girlfriend nasty slimy chicken!! Can’t even eat it because she might get sick. They messed up our order had to go in and get my other drink. While getting my drink the dude just started playing on his phone. You’re at work bro put it down. Rude customers kept interrupting me while trying to get my meal fixed even though they walked in after. They got served first of course. Won’t return.

Waited over an hour for an order I placed online. The whole time I waited I could hear them gossiping. They started closing things down at only 8:30 when they supposedly close at 10:30. Horrible service.

One of the fastest drive through pickups ever. Disappointed again on the pigeon size breast and wing pieces. I ordered a 12 piece but easily appeared like a 6-8 piece compared to Church’s & Popeyes family meals. I love the flavor from here but to get the most bang for my buck, I will probably have to skip this option from now on. FYI, this is also the most expensive of the 3. Another reason….

Very dissatisfied. I ordered a famous bowl, and it came with only 5 pieces of chicken. Never once have I gotten so little. I asked if there was any way I could get more, as it seemed like a very little amount, but the manager said she could only charge me for a popcorn chicken (which is more expensive then the bowl itself) rather than fix their mistake. This was my first and last visit to this location
