I have given this location 3 chances. Every time my order is wrong. This time the guy said there is no Pepsi it just ran out. Do you not plan to refill it? Seriously the customer service needs help and maybe somebody who knows what they are doing. We sat in the drive through for ten minutes for food that’s already cooked and the guy had no idea what we ordered.

I asked if I can substitute a drink for Cole slaw 3 times with no response and the so called manager came to the window and I asked her again and she says no. Once I received my order, I was checking to make sure that it was correct and the manager opened the window and told me that they have a timer and I had to leave. Rude and no manager should be setting examples for her staff like this.
