This location is always clean and well maintained. The staff has always been friendly and willing to go a little extra to help out. Every meal I have had from here has been hot, fresh, and deliscious. It usually takes 20 to 30 minutes to be served once your order has been completed. There are about 15 seating areas, a self-serve soda station, and a small condiment bar in the lobby.

If I could give a 0 I would. 30 minutes waiting on some chicken strips and some sides. Mind you when we got there, there were 2 cars in the drive through and no one else inside..Tried to give them the benefit of doubt as it was a family meal we ordered but when you watch multiple small orders and several family meals go out to people who came in after you start to question. They tell us “We got we just dropped your chicken for your order”, I’m sorry, you just dropped them we ordered 30 minutes ago! Asked for money back, got told corporate doesn’t allow them to give refunds. (What kind of company has a policy like that, maybe hire people you can trust to handle situations fairly). Anyway, they finally got the order together (only because we were upset at this point, if we didn’t ask or get upset we would’ve probably been sitting there for another 20 minutes ). Anyway, we took the food because we paid $55 for it and they obviously weren’t doing refunds. Got it home, no sauces we asked for, no fries, the mashed potatoes tasted off, the biscuits were half crushed in the box and the chicken had a weird texture. Don’t go here unless you want poor service and a incredibly long wait.. I’ll note too this is the second experience like this at same place, I wasted 45 minutes that time. I said I wasn’t going back last time but figured we’d give them another shot as “they were short staffed” last time. Big mistake! 6 employees tonight, can’t use the short staffed excuse.

0! Came to pick up 2 small meals. As soon as I paid they said they’re waiting on fries and needed me to park so I did. I’ve worked fast food fries should be 3-5 minutes. More and more cars started to pile up. LITERALLY every car that came through the drive thru was parked. I waited over 25 minutes before I finally went inside to ask for a refund just to be told NO! What kind of food service establishment does not give you a refund when they have not actually provided the service. This came from the GENERAL MANAGER! I was told to call the corporate office which “created a case” and now I’m waiting for a call back. After being there 40 minutes .. STILL NO FOOD!

The were nice. But waiting half an hour every single time is a crime. They make you wait in front of the store forever, and theres more car as well. When I came they didn’t have fries either. They take way too long.
And paying $54 for just a family meal and not even drinks is criminal.

A few years back. Myself and the family use to enjoy coming here on a weekend. With just 2 large chicken piece, we all feel our stomach was satisfied. Chickens where huge. Crispy and flavorful. Now. Their chickens are much smaller. Still crispy and flavorful. With just 2 small size kiddy chickens is not enough to enjoy the meals.

terrible service: rude staff & don’t expect to get your food- like ever. been waiting 40+ minutes for a 12 piece. if you ask how long: don’t expect to get any kind of accurate timeframe. if you’re lucky, after 45 minutes of standing in the lobby you’ll get the ominous: “it’s next up”

I have not been to KFC in a few months here because when I picked it up last time it was a dark brown color and it was soaked in grease. This time it was dark brown but at least they drained the grease off before putting it in the box. To me with many years experience of cooking chicken it looks like the grease is too over used and the chicken just sat in the grease without being drained properly. I don’t know what happened to this restaurant because when I moved here in 2013 it was great and over time it has gone down to the dumps.

The presentation was great, the chicken was fresh and hot, the cole slaw tasty, and the mashed potatoes perfectly seasoned!

I ordered a large lunch for my family, $105 with delivery fees. I placed the order, but it said there was an issue with my card. My bank alerts showed it went through. I double checked, and they did infact take the money out. Yet, no order. I spent 45 minutes working with the online and over the phone (Indian call center) to get my order placed. They refused to do so, and told me I had to pay again and wait 3-5 days for my original payment to drop off. Worst customer service ever….
