Whoever the young blonde lady is that runs the from register, she confused my order and gave me the total. After I told her if she’s going to ask me what sides I want, she continued with “you said you wanted chicken, not the combo” which was not the case. I was being polite and finished my order and paid. She followed by saying “Can you please move out the way so I can get the guests behind you” and I said “Well, are you going to give me my cup at least”?? Her customer service was not great at all. Her excuse was that they are running low in personnel, but even then, she shouldn’t be that disrespectful. She did this to an elderly gentlemen in front of me.

I order a simple number 4 combo for dinner. No modifications. I was hungry already when I got in line and had to wait 30 to 35 more minutes to get my food! They wasn’t even busy!! The nice elderly lady that works there kept apologizing. They either need new management or better trainers.

If I can give them zero stars I would. Ordered a 3 three peas with Mac and fries. My box of fries look like it was the Happy meal version. Then when I tried to call no answer. Like how? That’s all I want to know?

Even though the food is fine, last night was the straw that broke the camel’s back. We ordered a large order including one of the chocolate bundt cakes. When we got home we found that they had given us one that had a huge chunk taken out of it. This is not the first time they have botched our order it happens over and over again. So don’t use this KFC if you can help it!

Today is 28 June 2023, we went to the KFC on 2410 in Harker Heights. My husband repeated the order 3 times and they still got the order wrong. We can’t figure out how they got a bucket of Thighs out of 12 chicken nuggets. How do you put no ice in the drinks then give Pepsi instead of tea. We were about to start traveling and was on the main highway before we realized the mix up. They drive thru is low and they speak low.

Not a good experience. I went through the drive thru last week and ordered a famous bowl and a Mac bowl. I got a receipt and saw after getting home I was charged for a $3 side of coleslaw that I did not recieve nor order by the cashier “Jerry” according to my receipt. I don’t even like coleslaw. I tried to call but got no answer so I turned to the KFC website to make a complaint. I recieved a case number and was told I’d be contacted. The next day I was called and spoke to a Manger, and she offered to give me a free replacement of the meal to compensate since they cannot do refunds outside of the day the charge was made. I was happy with that, as I was just excepting a refund of the side or a free side.

I spent 50.00 on cold chicken. Wasn’t even fresh. They asked if we wanted sauce then didn’t put any in the bag… no forks or anything. Sad to spend so much money on fast food and not get your money’s worth. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Should have known better when it was empty but was tired and ordered through the drive thru anyway. Had to pull up from the paying window and wait 5 minutes only to be given old food that was clearly reheated. If this is quality on the 1st of the month, I can only imagine any other day.
