Tammy White, the managing partner, told us to “eat at home” when we asked for our order to be corrected. We ordered 3pc White meat meals, we received 2pc DARK meat meals. Instead of stepping in to assist her new employee that was having issues, she was to busy to correct the order, and when asked for a refund – lied about not being able to refund a charge card, blaming corporate. Untrained, unhelpful staff, incompetent management. Tammy White told us to eat at home- We went to Bush’s on 31st instead. It was delicious and the kids working there knew how to tell white meat from dark.

This place is awful all the way around!! I’ve went there three times and every time it’s something. First time it was like 30 minutes before closing well they only had like 2 pieces of chk but they said 6 minutes for some fresh I said great i will wait well ten then 15 minutes still no chicken well finally after about twenty minutes I got my order then got home and it was burned to a crisp and wasn’t even eatable . Second trip was cooked very well done. The third trip I got the bowls well the chicken nuggets were unable to be eaten. And I know I am not the only person that got way over cooked chicken too!!!! They are horrible you should go somewhere else anywhere else is better than them!!!

Went here on 1/6 @6:04pm. I asked if I could place 2 separate orders and was told No. I placed the 2 orders together and was asked to pull forward to wait for my food after paying $37.52. Waited approximately 20 minutes with 2 three-year olds in the car and the food still had not come out. I sent my daughter in law in to check on the order and advised her to get a refund if it wasn’t ready.it wasn’t being prepared because they forgot. She asked for refund and was told No because they don’t have a refund button. We called the corporate office and the police. The police advised us to leave without the food or the money because he couldn’t make them give me my money back and he didn’t trust them with my food. Now it’s after 7pm and we ended up going to chick fil a and spent $47. Called corporate on 1/7 & 1/8. They called me back from the Hutto location wanting to replace my order there when I live in Temple and there’s only one KFC there. I don’t want to travel with food that will be cold after I drive 45 minutes with it to get it home. I want a refund and that was expressed. Phyllis is who I spoke with in Hutto. Tammy White is the GM in Temple and was at the store at that time. This issue is still unresolved.

I ordered 8pc chicken and receipt shows 4 OR Leg and 4 OR Thigh. I ate 1 Leg and 1 Thigh and when i look inside the bucket it only has 2 Thighs, 1 Leg and 1 Wing. I did not order chicken wing though, so if you add the 2 i ate, the total number of chicken inside the bucket is only 6 pc of chicken and not 8 pc as the receipts shows. I hope this will not happen again to your customer as shortchanging customers what they paid for is unacceptable. Everyone deserves to get and receive what they paid for. I tried calling the branch a lot of times but the phone is always busy tone. I hope what happened to me is just an isolated case.

It was not very busy at lunch. My order was shorted a chicken pot pie and was given a regular drink instead of a Large.
I would highly recommend you check the order and have them read it back to you before you leave.

Went 2/28 at 11:30 thinking it would be fresh. I order 2 pc combo lady was rude and food looked burnet so unsatisfied I wouldn’t go there poor service and poor food.

9 employees on the clock and not one “Hello!!” “Hi we will be right with you!” Not one single word while standing up front for 33 minutes wanting to order. This is one of the main reasons fast food chains are a failure in 2020’s. This is going to be lost business.

I bought the $7 two piece chicken, the chicken leg was the size of a marker. The thigh was very dry and they both tasted like it’s been sitting there ALL day. Both pieces should have waited to be thrown out at the end of the night. It was very sad to say the least. I was so disappointed. we were headed to the lake, got to the lake just to go to CHURCHES CHICKEN.

KFC has gone down, no pride and what they
serve. I personally would have waited for them to cook a whole another batch if they would have just communicated with me I wouldn’t mind. I just know I will not be going anytime soon or will I recommend it. I had a bad experience at Popeye’s and I’ve yet to go back and that was back in 1994.
Wow .. I just read other reviews and all their pictures looks just like what my husband bought. he bought the chicken tenders $7 box and it looked the same I will be posting this on my social media this needs to be fixed. It was not worth our hard earned money. Trash, TRASH. KFC NEEDS TO GET RID OF ALL THEIR EMPLOYEES ONE BY ONE. IF THEY THINK IT’S OK TO SERVE FOOD LIKE THAT.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews. Food was good, but the service was horrible. I asked to add something to my order and they told me I can’t add stuff at the window I would have to go around again or come inside. It’s like their drive time is more important than the customer who keeps the funds flowing. Seems like customer service is dead at this place. Literally the reason KFC has gone to the dogs.

I was overcharged for an order and told they only do refunds through Cash App — which is false. After waiting over 27 minutes with no food given, I calmly asked for the manager’s full name, and was met with refusal.
The dining area had ants on the tables, and I saw employees handling food with no gloves, overweight manager barking orders and spitting all over the chicken at face level while she shouted. Right after I mentioned contacting the police, more than half the staff disappeared including a man with a full beard and no hair net and I was banned from the store — a clear act of retaliation. All bc I asked for a refund of my $30. I was not about to feed my children that food they were touching w their bare hands. Eww. And I have the videos and photos. Nasty behaviors and business practice. Gross.
I’ve reported this to KFC Corporate, the BBB, and the Temple Health Department. Completely unprofessional and unsafe.
