Loved the food, the meal options were great, there’s taco Bell in the building too which is great..
We choose a variety of items and was not disappointed.
The staff were lovely and friendly.
They have a indoor seating area to done in and refillable drinks station with over 7 flavours to choose from.
Definitely recommend a visit.

I have been to this KFC twice and will never ever go there again!
It’s bad enough that the manager himself passes off old chicken. But then when I tell him this is not fresh, he says oh yes it is.
Both times he tried to pass off old chicken. This, and the last time, that I got food there, same guy giving me food. I got a combo. I insisted once again, that the chicken was not fresh. Same response. Oh yes it is. He exchanged it for fresher chicken. But the biscuit was a was the hockey puck. The wedges were limp as hell. It was the dinner hour. You would think that they would be busy. I was the only one. Don’t waste your money there. By the way, I called, he lied, try to insinuate that I’m racist. All I knew was both times the man was mexican. I’m not ashamed to admit I’m white woman. I called and asked if he was the manager. He said yes. He tried to disguise his accent! Then when I told him I don’t know who it was it was just a guy who’s mexican, you pretty much accused me of being racist. Ah that’s such old crap. Pulling the race card.

Santos deserves a raise. The best customer service and went above and beyond with our order. People like him deserve so much more. Great food and great store! Just driving through and he made our night! Thank you!

This location needs to be shut down immediately! They have no problem passing out old/burnt fries, my chicken was from this morning, mind you I spent 45$ on a family meal my mash/Mac was less then half way full. I was highly disappointed I really want my money back!

I went in to pick up my order and I was met with the most unfriendly unsmiling people ever. Honestly, I don’t think they cared whether or not they had customers on top of that my order when I got it home within about 10 minutes looked like it was left over from the day before and it was cold and it was disgusting. I will never go to that particular KFC again as long as the management and team are employed there.

My love and I’s first Valentine’s Day together was great! We kept it simple, and we love KFC, but what happened to the grilled chicken disappointed to drive all that way from where we stay, and we told they don’t sell grilled chicken there anymore what the hell man.☹ but otherwise we had a good V-Day with our food, drinks from Eskimo Hut, and our movies 50 Shades of Grey movies…lol

Came through the drive through for lunch, got my food. It was old, the breading was not crisp, super soggy, ate it, got sick! I’ve been throwing up for hours, called the store and the manager and drive through kid were extremely rude, saying it’s not the food, I’m wrong, etc.cursing at me, saying I can’t talk to the GM, and I said I’ll call HR and they said do what you want and hung up.

This place is a joke! Look at these fries. Fries had obviously been sitting out too long and staff was too lazy to make fresh fries for my order. I’m disappointed in the quality and it reflects on ownership. This location is probably a franchise and the day to day operations are not being held accountable if this the quality of food given to consumers.

Place is honestly garbage. Just came over here to get nashville hot tenders. They threw like a bead of sauce underneath the plain tenders and it was some weird sweet yet still gross sauce that wasn’t hot. Also they never give me my sauce. Normally I don’t write bad reviews but this place has been crappy numerous times so its well deserved.
