For a 1 star-rated restaurant, it wasn’t as bad as I expected. Sure, they didnt give us our sauces and forgot the pickles on all of our sandwiches, and the chicken tenders were the smallest I’ve seen… but hey they gave us 3 out of the 3 chicken sandwiches that we ordered! That’s pretty good for a 1-star, hence the 2 stars.
Truly, the food was just fine. It wasn’t too bad, but there’s lots of chicken competition in Saginaw and this is at the bottom.
We also didnt wait long, but thats because we ordered via the app at 8:30 PM. I’d recommend ordering later in the evening like we did to avoid the wait.

To the management team you must do better. This is my 3rd time coming to this location and the only reason is because I don’t want to drive to Western Center or Jackson Bro just to get a Tropicana Fruit Punch. I came during the grand opening week and sat in line for over an 1 1/2. The chicken was not hot. I understood because it’s the Grand Opening. Came back a few weeks later and still waited online for a little over an hour. Tonight, I can in and waited another hour. Maybe 15 minutes just to place my order and almost 45 minutes to get my food. I thought by now it would be in order better, but I was wrong. I want to say to the young man who work that drive thru, you showed patience tonight. He worked the windows and the front counter. I do not know of this location is under staff or what but management please do better. Good employees like you will burn out. Also, he look like he was sick, but he was sticking it out. Lastly, again management pls do better; I do not know if I will visit this location again.

Ok, 1/12/2026 about 2pm , I finally waited to post a review few months after the grand opening and the big hype died down because yes it was crazy . So when everyone on the other side of the earth that’s not from our neighborhood such as DoorDash and so on that’s not trying to get food from here. This KFC is just fine!! I literally was there for less the 5 mins ordered and got my food and out of there quickly . Cashier at the window was sweet and listened to me clearly no problems at all. Everything was great so I give them A++ for service and 5 stars all around . . .. People need to stay on their side of town and not over crowd these small fast food places. It’s not a big restaurant they can’t handle ridiculous crowds their food is cooked way different from like Mc Donald’s food chains that can handle big crowds.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I ordered online thinking it might expedite things. It did not. My food was ordered at 6:53pm. It showed on the app my food was ready at 7:20pm. I went to the front and asked where it was because it was not in the pick up shelf. The lady behind the counter asked me my name, printed out a slip, and walked off. Then another lady came around and asked me if I had been helped. I said, not really because my food is supposed to be ready. It was 7:30pm at this point and I was sick of waiting, I asked for a refund. The lady claims my food would be ready in one minute because she was making it. I should have just taken a refund. When I got my food I was missing a piece of chicken, my large gravy was 1/4 of the way full, and my bowl was missing gravy and corn. This is the second bad experience I’ve had here. They need to bring in corporate to retrain people or this might be first chicken place to close down in Saginaw since Churches.

Waited in line for over 25 minutes. I finally get to the window and im told they will not honor a coupon in KFC app. Young lady told me they do NOT take coupons on app nor do they give senior discounts nor military discounts, I did not ask for those discounts keep in mind , I just wanted them to utilize the coupon I got for being a reward member. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she can not help you unless you speak Spanish because she does not speak English . Im like are you serious she said i will explain your situation. I said you know what ill just order something different young lady in drive thru ignored me and then took next drive thru customer order . Very frustrating , asked for corporate number and I was told they are not allowed to give that information. I understand why they have such bad reviews, The person in the picture i post is the manager i was told .

Wait time is absolutely terrible. Me and my dad ordered a double mash meal (7 pc, 2 large sides, 4pc biscuit) around 5 pm and didn’t get our order until a hour and thirty. Lots of other customers even before us were still waiting and even some of them also got their order wrong. When customers were trying to ask a question at the counter, the employees flat out ignored them. I understand the employees situation of already taking someone’s order at the counter, but it’s better to tell the customer to “please wait a moment” than not saying anything at all. When we went home and checked our chicken we only got 6 pieces instead of what we were supposed to get. Also, the chicken had literally almost
no batter at all, it was as if we just got the scraps of the batch. The food is good, I just wished the chicken actually had batter. I feel like the store definitely needs to hire more workers to handle the rush because it’s really hurting the business.

Chicken looked nothing like picture, taste was worst. Had to throw it away because it looked day old or sitting for hours, yellow coloration and not even edible since so hard and dry. Very unfortunate since it’s a brand new place.

Ok everyone needs to be fired. I was the only one at the drive thru. They weren’t taking any orders at the time but when I got there, no one answered the intercom. I yell out for some service, but still no answer. I give them the benefit of the doubt by sitting there waiting, thinking they’ll be here in a bit. 20 minutes pass and still no answer. I yell out more and nothing. A line forms behind me and I’m starting to feel like an idiot holding up the line. After 5 more minutes, I rush out to leave and when I look over to see what the heck is going on at the front, no one is doing anything! Literally just standing there without a care in the world. Service is awful here. Do not come to the KFC.

The food was good. My complaint is that it took them almost an hour to prepare my food. Went inside thinking it would be quicker since the drive thru was wrapped around the block. Nope, there was just as many people on the inside as there was outside but they prioritized the drive thru.
