Worst service I’ve ever received at any fast food restaurant I have ever been to. My food was burned and still cold after waiting for over 30 minutes. How does that work??? I order wings with wedges and then order a 2 piece fish with 3 piece chicken and got all fish!? The worst part about it was I called and spoke to the manager, there was no remorse or let alone any care or sympathy shown for their screw up. I even tried to explain all what was wrong with the food and was cut off by him just offering me the food that was missing only. Didn’t care that the wedges were cold and hush puppies weren’t even fully cooked. I think I’d just make the longer drive to a better location then waste time coming to this one cause they don’t have any care in the world about their customers. If I were you I’d avoid this headache of a location.

This place is a joke. You order through the drive thru and they park you out front for 25-30
minutes. Car after car is just parked. If they said the average wait time most people would go elsewhere instead of wasting their time waiting for a small order. Do go if you see running vehicles parked out front, it’s how they make it look like they have good drive thru times. They don’t.

I eat here on a regular basis. Service is always great chicken is awesome. But the long John silvers has really downsized their fish. They aren’t even as big as the chicken strips and they used to be double in size. Of course the price is high just like everything else in America. Atmosphere is typical fast food setting. Clean bathrooms.

This place was awful! We placed our order and waited 35 minutes for them to call our number. It was empty in the restaurant. The people after us got their food first. When we got our food I was shocked at the quality and size. We paid $35 for 3 meals and look at how small the chicken pieces were! It was super greasy. The tenders were tough and rubbery. I will never be going back here.

The food used to be much better, including the Long John Silver items, but the past several times it was overcooked and tasted left over. Plus it was filthy!

I was in the drive-thru trying to decide what to order and the lady started yelling at me over the speaker because they have speeds to keep up with. I used to work fast food so I know how stressful it can be to keep up with corporates standards but yelling at behaving like that towards me just because I are too long to decide in your eyes even though I literally just started looking at the menu is ridiculous. This employee was very rude and quite frankly, shouldn’t be working customer service

Just passing through this area, this restaurant was clean, friendly. Great management went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable and the food was hot and great. Highly suggest this particular KFC Manager was exceptional.
