We ordered Maggie’s cheese nuggie bowl. It was awful. The gravy goes on top, not the bottom. The was pretty much no gravy. The fries looked like they’d been sitting for a while. This dish has the potential to be really good. Put the gravy on top, and put a lot.

I was given the incorrect order. When I called the manager on shift only could tell me how it wasn’t her fault. This is the worst resteraunt expierenve I have had. I used to work for KFC and this isn’t how its done. This is pure carelessness. The chicken is missing breading which she blamed the frier for. The biscuits are smashed. This doesn’t make any sense. Just avoid this place at all cost.

I ordered through DoorDash and once the dasher arrived they told her it would be a 15 minute wait as they are making everything fresh(LIES) the dasher waited over an hour and 15 minutes for me to receive the most disgusting food ever. The wings were mixed with old dry wings and a few fresh UNDERCOOKED ones. The biscuits were so hard I could have used it for a rock. The dasher was great with her communication she even sent a picture showing the employees doing absolutely nothing but chitchatting while she continued to wait. Instead of actually making fresh food like they said they were they just made the dasher sit there while they rode the clock literally getting paid to do NOTHING! I wish I had read the reviews first as this was my first time at this location. I would have never spent my money. $59.00 down the drain . KFC definitely needs to be mindful of the people they hire because customer service is the most impotent part of the job. Next time I will most certainly read reviews before I spend my money

Went to through the drive through yesterday. Was the third car in line. We just sat there. First car waiting to order. I had my window down listening. Thought maybe they just had a really long order. After about 8-10 minutes someone finally took there order. Second car pulls up to the speaker. Nothing… No one says anything or tries to take the order. After a total of 15 minutes I finally pulled out of line and left. Assuming something was going on. Stuff happens. I return today. They answer right away but tell me if I want original dark meat or would take 22 minutes. I ask if they can mix original and crispy. They say sure. I get home. Only 14 pieces of chicken total. Chicken was old and looked rough. One of the pieces was a little nug with a bone in it. I search the bag and they had not given me a receipt. I call up there and explain what happened. Manager tells me she filled the buckets herself and knows for a fact there were 16 pieces. I didn’t argue. Realized it was pointless. So here I am leaving a review. This was around 545 pm 9/28/24

My family arrived at you Longview KFC location and had the most ridiculous customer service experience! The works never said anything or acknowledged us!
When I approached them they were so rude to me and said order ur food at the kiosk! And said we are busy! Did not apologize for the wait nor the inconvenience!

The chicken was far too nasty ! It was Really soggy it tasted and smelled awful seemed as if they didnt let the oíl heat up and put the chicken right in !!! do better KFC my mom was Hungry and she paíd literal 30$ for this meal just for it to taste very bad !!! Very expensive she wasted her Hard working money on this nasty chicken meal not to mention her stomach started hurting afterwards ♀️ it was that gross !!!!!!! My words cant explain how bad this chicken was i do NOT recommend it to anyone please consider this review for when you want to buy yourself some OLD SOGGY KFC (The mash potatoes had a literal competition with the chicken i didnt know which one was worse!!!)

Don’t bother coming here if you want a family meal with 12 pieces or more. They seem to never have enough chicken prepared to make the meal and apparently cooking more chicken to accomodate your order is out of the question.

An absolutely horrible experience with a terrible atmosphere from the staff the managers don’t care what anyone’s issues are when you bring it up to them. They are very rude. I stood in line at the counter for 10 minutes while they sat there and walked back-and-forth, looking at me never acknowledging me if this is how KFC does business then I don’t want their chicken horrible service horrible experience. I would highly recommend anyone that is thinking about eating at KFC to not eat at KFC.

Food was fresh and tasty! I loved the chicken pizza thing they had at one time and I’m a huge fan of the fried chicken! Staff was friendly and professional, will definitely be coming back!!
