Buffett is good. Original Recipe and Extra Crispy chicken on the buffet along with traditional KFC sides: mashed potatoes and gravy, cole slaw and biscuits and numerous additional sides. Salad bar and drink included. Staff is polite. Large bathrooms for one individual. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Dining area is lage. Taco Bell at this location also but no Taco Bell on buffet.

Horrible food and horrible customer service. This place took my order, I asked several times for crispy longer cooked fries, I got limp smushy fries. Then after I refused the items because they where not cooked correctly I was denied a refund… How absolutely horrible can these employees be? From my end they are deplorable. Cost of fast food is too high to play around with people and the money they give you. AND GET THIS THEY HAVE A LITTLE STICKER ON THE WINDOW THAT SAYS NO REFUNDS… ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Do not go save your money you got food at home

Made an oder on the app. The 8 piece bucket was hot but soaked in grease so all the skin was a soggy mess. The mikes hot honey chicken strips were tiny and two were not edible bc they were full of grissle. They also were not fresh. The mikes hot honey chicken sandwich was also not worth it. It also was not fresh. If I could give zero stars on the food I would.

Placed order online. Went in to pick up order. 10 minutes of waiting I got the attention of someone behind counter and they realized they overlooked my order and then started working on order. It happens way too often at KFC in Kingfisher. The order is incorrect most of the time I order food.

The workers are cool and the food is good depending on the day. The sweet tea was straight syrup and super thick. The machines need to be cleaned.

Pulled up and waited 5 minutes and no one ever came over the speaker. So I drove around to see if anyone was even in there and the workers where just paying around not paying attention. Place looks like it’s ran by a zoo.

We saw the other reviews and were nervous to try here, but the kids were craving a bowl. The dining room was not open, now more nervous, but headed to drive through. Turns out, pretty tasty, had to wait for fresh popcorn chicken, but that’s a good thing. Grandaughter found her mac a cheese to be less than perfect, otherwise, all good!
