Not customer friendly… The food is good on the day shift but night shift food leaves you disappointed. The night shift is also rude and they make you feel like they wish you would’ve ordered somewhere else because you’re inconveniencing them. If not for the day shift, they would not be getting that third star.

The quality of the chicken is unmatched. However this location tends to get busy which is a reasonable because they’ve got great chicken but they don’t handle the rush very well they need they need more experience handling Rush times.

I was visiting Oklahoma on 12/28. I stopped by this KFC at around 4pm and pulled up in the drive thru. After a moment of waiting to be acknowledged, I said “hello?” And was met with a rude sounding “Yes?” I just said never mind and decided to leave. There was no “How may I help you?” Or “What can I get you?” Or even “Order when you’re ready.” Just “Yes.” Sorry to bother you! If she’s that unhappy and customer facing, there’s no telling how those cooking the food feel (and ultimately, how they will handle your food). She should probably find a job where she can be happy – preferably one where she doesn’t have to address customers if that’s not her thing.

Clearly unorganized as a staff. Haven’t been through a lunch or dinner rush yes where the service wasn’t behind schedule. A lobby full of people with no food ? Thankfully there aren’t many fried chicken options in town or I believe this business wouldn’t have made it through the storm

This must be the worst KFC around. I ordered online and it CLEARLY SHOWS on the receipt what was ordered. And they couldn’t get it right, how hard is it to put the right sauces in? Also the biscuits were hard meaning very old, French fries were warm not hot. I think that these $20 specials are made ahead of time and sit. And they don’t make them as ordered. Very disappointing, I will be sending this to corporate about this store. This isn’t the first time.

Edit: August 2022… I guess some of us never learn. We ordered extra crispy and got original. I wish I could give fewer than one star. They never seem to get it right.

Updating my review. Just went thru the drive-thru. I waited 45 minutes. Okay. They were busy, I guess. I asked for a drumstick. Got two wings. The other piece was so dry, it was inedible.

We bought a service of chicken with fries and drinks, on September, Friday 13, 2024, around 5pm, wow everything was delicious , the fries not greasy at all very crispy, I had not eaten such a delicious chicken before my family and I we enjoyed it the best chicken in ardmore I say it because I have eaten chicken from other places and KFC is the best after trying the chicken from other places I do not go to another place to eat chicken again kFC is my favorite place , thank you for the excellent service and the excellent food, I don’t like to put a review but they deserved it.the best chicken in town , I Love it
