Congrats KFC, you have officially served the worst fried chicken I’ve ever had. Ordered for delivery and the “extra crispy” chicken was mush and all the breading slid off every piece we touched forming a nice pile of goo in the bucket. One of our sides and half of the biscuits were missing. Mad respect for the effort, because it would be almost impossible for this experience to be worse. You really have to work at being this bad! An added touch was answering and then immediately hanging up the store phone when I called.

The food was outstanding! The chicken came out hot and fresh, the biscuits were light and fluffy, the mashed potatoes were smooth and seasoned just right, and the macaroni was rich and flavorful. Even the water impressed us with its clean, filtered taste. Service was excellent—warm, attentive, and welcoming. The atmosphere was friendly and made the entire experience even better.

Do NOT place an online order at KFC. I placed a $30.00 order tonight at this restaurant. Paid for it by debit card. Got to the store 15 minutes later and all lights are off. Went to the drive thru to pick it up and was informed they have no chicken. I asked them if they were able to fill my online order that I had already paid for and he just rudely told me “WE HAVE NO CHICKEN”. So I asked what to do since I had already paid for it and he just said get a refund. I am furious but imagine if that was my last $30.00? KFC took my money knowing full well they couldn’t fulfill the order. After spending 30 minutes speaking to 2 agents I was informed I would receive a refund in THREE days. This is the second time at just this restaurant. I’ve had similar problems at other KFC restaurants. Never again will I order from KFC. I’m shocked they are even still in business. This type of stuff never happens at Popeyes, Church’s chicken , etc. So farewell KFC. Thank you for making me eat pizza rolls for dinner tonight. Keep your measly 500 points you supposedly are adding to my account because I’ll never again order from your inept restaurants. I don’t understand how you’re still in business.

i always come here because the one by my house sucks and now this location sucks now too. i ordered a sandwich and they were out so they gave two chicken littles they were out of large drinks, comeback and kfc sauce AND the chicken was so dry and the french fries were dark brown. and there is no way of getting my money back because their whole app and customer service is ai.

I’ve visited, this location, 3 different times. Every time is a new, bad experience. Service is decent, but twice I attempted to order a pot and it was not available. Today, I was able to get a pot pie, but did NOT receive my paid in FULL order. And, I l, also, was not provided with a receipt. I am missing my mac ‘n cheese. I’ve called the restaurant, 5 different times with NO answer.

Had to order in tonight, got my boys fries and chicken nuggets as well as my wife and I got the KFC bowls. We were supposed to have sauce with our meal, no sauce. BUT that isn’t the worst of it, all the fries are dark brown and all the chicken is dark brown and they taste like old oil. Disgusting. So disappointed with our meal. I guess if you’re going to get KFC make sure you go in person because they don’t answer the phone if you call

They are out of something every single time we come. Also better check your order because something will be missing! It says on the receipt it is checked twice for accuracy, that is not true. We are missing items every single trip. They seem upset when you are checking your order and will walk off. Then it takes awhile to get somebody back to the counter to give you the things they missed putting in there. Tonight the girl said well he made it not me. I’m sorry but aren’t you supposed to be working as a team? You don’t go blaming other employees you just address the problem and fix it! This place is the worst. No customer service at all. Always rushing and not even paying attention. They definitely need to hire a few more people so they have time to treat the customers respectable and let them no they are valued instead of making them fill like they did something wrong when all they want is what they paid for. Last week on Wednesday their Chicken Fried Steak night my son got potato wedges with his steak. So figuring they wouldn’t put white gravy on his steak since he didn’t get mashed potatoes I ordered a large bowl of white cream gravy. When I get home I’m missing my Mac n cheese and we got a large bowl of cheese sauce……no gravy. I tried calling and calling but no answer. Don’t think I will ever go back after tonight it was awful.

They always get it wrong. Every time we decide to give them another shot we are missing chicken or side. And we know we won’t get what sauces we asked for. Side of mashed potatoes have the slightest tingle of brown gravy on them. Missing 1pc of chicken and ordered nuggets and didnt get the sauce I ordered. This at least the 3rd or 4th time we’ve ordered and it has gotten wrong. Fried chicken is my spouses fave meal so we’d order kfc instead of ther places more if they didn’t always disappoint. Pay a high price id like to at least get all the items I paid for. Not cool, not happy! Give us the food we paid you for.

Was shorted a piece of chicken on a 8 piece crispy chicken $25 special. We were asked to pull up for them to avoid the waiting in line penalty and only for them to come out with the food shortly after they pulled us up. They didn’t ask us if we wanted any sauces or honey and they didn’t give us any sauces, honey, spoons, or napkins. Very disappointed in their service. Their customer service and food quality have always been disappointing, but we thought that we would give them another try. We will never go to that KFC until an AI automated system starts because the quality of the employees that are hired is very poor quality. Fix this immediately. I won’t ever eat here again until the issues are fixed and the Google reviews are 4 stars and above.

If I could give a review without any stars at all, I would! The most disgusting chicken I have ever laid eyes on! We refused to eat it when he got it home! Teach them lousy workers to change that oil DAILY and learn how to cook chicken! We will NEVER go back to this particular store… EVER!
