Very very slow for a simple online order of 3 famous bowls. I pulled into the drive through to pick up my order and was told it wasn’t ready yet, which is ok I had only ordered a few minutes before arriving. I was told I could wait inside. I stood inside for nearly 15 minutes while the employees stood in the back and did what looked like nothing. Terrible service. Food quality was acceptable but after waiting so long my family and I were so hungry that just about anything would taste good.

The food was not up to standard, the biscuit was AWESOME. The chicken was awful, I ordered a 5 piece. It looked like they broke several pieces of chicken up and gave it to me. This is the only location in oklahoma that makes the chicken at a quality level, but on 21 January that was NOT the case. I may go back today to see if they will fix it, maybe it was a lack of attention to detail and no quality check done before handing the food to me. I already had arrived home before I noticed. We shall see.

Very disorganized and unclean !
Staff is talking and not paying attention to customers and unprofessional! Everyone needs to be trained properly! I would avoid this place if you want proper clean food and proffanisiam!

Apparently someone else picked up my order and it got “closed”. Since they can’t “see it on the screen”, there is nothing they will do. Waited for 20 minutes before someone deigned to come talk to me. Come to find out the order is sitting on their shelf the ENTIRE time. Packaged up, no name, and never checked on to see if it was the actual order.
The little lie that I never asked for my food was also cute.

Do not go here. This location needs to be shut down and the staff needs to be fired immediately. This was my first and last time going to this KFC. We placed a mobile order for two sandwiches. When we arrived at the store to pick up our food, we were told to hang on a minute. After 5 minutes of waiting, we were informed they were unable to give us our food because they were out of filets. They offered me an order of chicken tenders to make up for them not being able to make my 2 sandwiches. I accepted the offer and was told to pull forward and wait. After another 5 minutes of waiting outside, I parked and went inside. When I went inside, there were no employees to be seen. No food was anywhere to be seen on the hot bar. I was able to hear the manager and another employee in the back gossiping about another employee and swearing and using foul language. When the employee finally brought me my food I asked why I was unable to get my sandwiches. They offered me woman told me that all the filets were frozen and had to be thawed for 48 hours before they could be served. When I told her that wasn’t true she got very angry with me. When I got home the food i was given was very cold and stale. I have not eaten at KFC in many years because my last experience at one was horrible and this was no different. Corporate needs to do something.

This review is for the customers planning to feed them or family with food from this particular kfc. Health department needs to shut this kfc down right away. The amount of roaches this place has is not only crazy but hazardous to the consumer. Roaches literally climbing out my box. I then had the nerves to not refund my money. Who does that?

Ordered 4 extra crispy chicken strips. Strips were HORRIBLE. Not seasoned & DRY Looked like 2 strips cut in to four. Very tough & nothing “tender” about the chicken. Additionally sauces were not in the bag. Biscuit was dry & falling apart. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $$! I see that most reviews are horrible as well, but not one has a manager’s comment, clearly they don’t care!!

DONT COME HERE I REPEAT DONT COME HERE!! The chicken was soggy , wet when I brought it back she said “it was extra crispy but it just looks old”. they did not want to remake my chicken and sides after paying for it until I asked for my money back and they told me the couldn’t refund me my money when I had a receipt and I didn’t get my whole meal redone and the employees around the time 7pm to close are terrible !!!

I ordered a 3 piece meal and a 5 piece tender meal. Somebody tell me why this chicken is dry and hard as a corn cob? And instead of making fresh or even having enough, they cut a piece of chicken off a breast and put it in my box. Wth!?!?!?

I’ve been here about 4 times. Every single time I’ve had an issue with this place. Once I placed an order, pulled up to the drive through, they told me it wasn’t ready and that I’d have to go into the building. I proceeded to wait for about an hour and a half. The lady that gave me service was just rude and spoke as if everyone was inconveniencing her. Even her co-workers were saying she had an attitude.
