I rarely go to KFC anymore due to my bad experiences the last few years in Las Vegas. I recently moved to Mustang and I usually only get the Chicken Pot Pie from KFC , but on the App they had a Special. Spend $10 and get a Free 3 Piece Dinner with 2 Sides , Biscuit , and a Drink. What a deal ! So I decide since I’m in a new town I would give them a try. Surprise it was actually pretty good. I still prefer another chicken chain , but they did a really good job.
I got the Chicken Pot Pie and the Honey Bbq Chicken Sandwich which I never had before. For my Free Dinner I got 2 Breasts , 1 Wing , 2 Mashed Potatoes and Gravy , a Biscuit , and a Mt Dew. The Chicken Pot Pie was cooked perfectly and good as always. The Honey Bbq Chicken was fresh and hot , thick and juicy , I would get it again also. My son and daughter in law both tried it and said they liked it too.
I got Extra Crispy Chicken and it was also fresh and hot and it tasted like fresh oil was used. You can really tell when they use old oil and it was not oily at all like the last time I got it in Vegas. I actually threw mine away last time and I got one piece Original and one piece Extra Crispy and they were both gross. The Mashed Potatoes and Gravy are always good too and these were right on the money. The Biscuit was also good and not hard or dried out.
I ordered on the App and when I went to pick it up it was done and I had ordered like 5 minutes before. Fastest I’ve ever gotten my food at a KFC. Almost every time I’ve went somewhere else they’ve told me oh we don’t have any Chicken Pot Pies ready and it will be 20 minutes. Okay , I will wait for a fresh Chicken Pot Pie since that is what I came here to get right. The lady at the counter was friendly and I checked my order before leaving and she asked did she put a straw in the bag for my drink and I said yes. I was really checking to make sure I had 2 Breasts since I’ve had it happen before at chicken places where they gave me a Thigh or 2 instead of Breasts.
I would recommend coming here and I hope the next time I come I get the same quality of food and service I got this time. Merry Christmas.

Just left the restaurant after watching two amazing employees, Kyla and Brandy, take care of a large rush of orders. They were so pleasant and patient as I kept changing my order. Amazing young ladies! We will be back!

We wanted to give KFC a try because Popeyes is slipping. We Went through the drive-thru…seems that’s all they can handle because the dining room was closed again. We waited for about 25 minutes for fresh chicken because they didn’t have enough for our order, which is fine. I’ll always wait for fresh and hot chicken. I ordered the crispy 12-piece meal. the 2 mashed potatoes were 14 Oz each. I don’t know if that’s the standard size but it didn’t go far. The chicken was good but too dark. It seemed like the oil was old or dirty. For $35 I think I can expect better. I’ve been eating KFC since the 70’s ever since Pepsi bought them they have gone downhill. Bland and lower quality. I’d tell them how to fix it but their ego’s couldn’t handle it. But here’s a clue. Put the recipes that started it back the way it was. If you need to raise prices don’t make a profit on higher costs. Go off books and instead of raising 4-5x the increase of food cost. Just create a new column for inflation.
Then calculate your percentages and it will work. Raising prices so high will lower foot traffic. Lower foot traffic leads to closed doors. It’s not about percentages, but how much money you put in your pocket. The same for Taco Bell go back to the basics.

I guess fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. I gave this place a second chance and I hoped they had gotten better but unfortunately back to the lack luster schenanigans. Ordered online waited the allotted 40 minutes. I guess their dial-up internet took the entire 40 minutes to get our order to the restaurant because when we arrived to pick it up lo and behold it wasn’t ready and they didn’t have the chicken we had ordered and paid for so we got to substitute for what they had. To top it off we ended up sitting in the parking lot for an additional hour. Patiently waiting for our chicken. It was either wait a hour for chicken or 3 to 5 business days to return my money to my card. The owners or corporate or somebody needs to step in at this point and figure this thing out. So if you own or know who owns the KFC on N Mustang road in Mustang Oklahoma please direct them to this review, because I’ve written the colonel but he hasn’t gotten back to me yet. In all seriousness please fix this place.

Lets just say it was an ALARMING AMOUNT OF BLOOD IN MY CHILDRENS CHICKEN! What else is there to buy but chicken? THAT’S the main thing people go to KFC for is CHICKEN! IF U CANT COOK CHICKEN LEAVE! THen had the nerve to say dont come back because i flipped out about them feeding my kids bloody chicken when in all actuality DO YOU THINK I WOULD MAKE THE SAME STUPID MISTAKE TWICE. NEVER WILL I GO HERE OR ANY OTHER KFC. EVERRR!!! Old mangled nasty bloody chicken!

Every time, whether it’s through the drive thru or door dash, they ALWAYS forget an item!! It’s a problem because u don’t notice until you get your order and it’s inconvenient to complain or return for your item. Worst experience ever!!

Haven’t been in years, husband wanted kfc so we decided to try it again. It’s very obvious they’re turning it around, chicken was fresh, the girl working the counter was so friendly and attentive, the lobby was clean, it was an amazing experience and we will be back!!!

Ate during the lunch rush and the food was all hot, fresh and very tasty. Unfortunately, we got one wrong item in the bag and had to wait to catch someone to replace it, but they were very friendly and quick to fix it.

Has to be by far the worst fast food place I’ve ever been to. Stinks inside like dirty grease. The floor was sticky. The staff is completely lost and can’t seem to help or be found. If they get your order correct go by a lottery ticket cause its your lucky day! They even keep dirty mop water on the counter to help the smell! You’ve been warned!

Quit going to this location about a year ago due to the service & quality of their food. Saw through recent local posts that mgmt had changed & thought I’d give it another try. I’m so glad I did! Incredibly awesome & professional employees & the food was excellent!! I WILL be back!
